I have a postural tremor in my left index finger that appears if I move it laterally, also my left thumb sorta snaps around instead of moving smoothly if I hold my phone vertically with my left hand and type with my thumb. Also when I look at white text on a black background I get this weird motion blur like effect over it (I made a video animation showing what I see) though it disappears when I cover one eye. I've always had convergence insufficiency though it never caused me any problems before

imo and experience, clonzepam and diazepam are the best and safest benzos, arguably even for long term treatment. xanax is great for almost instant relief but it doesn't last long at all and is much more abusable.

So far, so good, and a disclaimer is that I have a thermo unit that includes a humidity control setting involved together with heat or cold or circulation setting for the comfort zone level prefered setting to the RLS free threshold and it is 55 percent humidity only at nap time. Do not confuse this with portable cheap humidifiers, which all have a whole different configuration which need water and is not good for individuals with pre- existing medical conditions or cause mold. ❤❤ I turn it back to 45 percent humidity setting at the daylight hours.

My symptoms started with crazy dreams, that seemed as real as life itself. I developed a tremor in my jaw, which my PCP saw. My then PCP had a husband with PD (he recently passed) and the jaw tremor she noticed was the reason for sending me to the Neuro. I am seven years post diagnosis and the meds are working a little less than they used to, the stiffness is horrifying in the morning, thankfully the meds release it in an hour and I can get up. My memory is fading, im on meds for it and it has slowed it down, but PD is everything its said to be, the MOST IMPORTANT THING TO DO IF YOU HAVE PD......GET UP, EXERCISE, if you dont, this illness will run you down FAST! Doctor , a mi mamá en el hospital le diagnosticaron Parkinson, con solo mirarla ,😒 y yo la llevé a otro hospital y el doctor le mandó a hacerse un examen de TOXCICIDAD, y el resultado fue, qué tiene MERCURIO en la sangre , Y debido a ello ,tiene movimientos de temblores, producto de su trabajó por muchos años con metales pesados.... Qué me dices usted ? DE LOS MÉTALES PESADOS?
