I'm long Nio and want to believe my investment will work out. However, BYD, had a half million deliveries last month. I must say, it's a bit overwhelming, how far Nio needs to ramp-up to get to that level.

Yes, NIO is unique. Once the revenue streams turn into profits, it will rise. For confirmation, please look at the Carvana stock chart. Also, there was a recent article saying the CYVN now owned McLaren will be using NIO technologies and parts. Same for Forseven, which is company formed by CYVN targeting UK market. The hybrid firefly is perhaps due the market for MENA. The PM of Egypt and UAE, asked for hybrid with NIO technology.

you can still buy a Tesla it is hilariously undervalued. When they report fourth quarter revenues from their charging and storage business it is going to be a massive leg up. The money I had set aside for Nio went into more Tesla last week I still think Nio is several years away from breaking out of this range

@ I thought it would be sooner until Nio ADR put USD 1.5 billion into Nio China last month with rights to put another 3 billion in before the end of 2025. I'm assuming they got the cash from a convertible bond, but they haven't detailed that yet hopefully they will on the conference call. this is included on the press release on the investor relations page dated September 29 after they discuss the 450 million private investment

Good to see you back Mr.Odd. To me I think that the US government has a back door access to Tesla's data in real time. Wherever there is data involved the NSA wants it, this is why Tesla is picked as the chosen one.. Other EV companies especially the ones from China are devalued to insane levels imho. For these devaluations of Chinese NEV companies is solely for geopolitical reasons & of course data isn't accessible and this is what the unbelievably nosey NSA wants more than anything.. They already have back doors to platforms from Meta, Alphabet, & X, So EV'S don't have data?? They have more real world data than most can Imagine & this is something that nobody talks about... But me..

Very troubling times still with Nio. They can not break through on share price. Sales, deliveries, and future guidence does not seem to help. All ither evs go p and we drop, it truly makes no sence. We are not in America, sell in America, and still people act like tarrifs have anything to do with us. America will never happen and foolish to even humor it. It is a small market owned by tesla. NIO is about 100x smaller than Tesla yet they only sell about 1/5th of what Tesla does in China. And remind you that NIOs are more expensive.

just look at what they did last quarter YoY they reduced losses from 2.8 billion to 179 million while at the same time increasing revenue 60% YOY. That's a company that is being run towards profitability in a hurry

Been hanging in there but what is concerning is Firefly wants to be hybrid player. Too much competition in this bridge technology. Nio needs to focus on its existing strategy instead of being all things to all people.

now the keywords of many pro-nio youtubers are: LONG WILL WIN or OUR TIME WILL COME or SLEEPING GIANT .... it is taken for granted that Nio will be successful but WS the Stock, the price, the institutional investors inside, SEEM TO SAY SOMETHING ELSE. Today is an eloquent day: among all the EVs you mentioned all 9/8/7% the only red one guess who it is?! I am sad and frustrated by one of the worst investments ever made. Everything is going up randomly except this stock

Tesla has so much more upside people who choose Nio over Tesla for investment are going to keep missing out they are so much more than a car company now. Fourth-quarter revenues from their charging business and storage are going to blow people's minds. Robotics is another hole revenue center that could be bigger than the automobile business at some point

I follow the other KZbin pumper channels it's amazing none of them brought up the investment of $1.5 billion from Nio ADR into Nio China, but chose only to focus on the small private investment of $450 million. let alone bring up the rights Nio has to invest another $3 billion before the end of 2025. Odd Investor is a good man he won't lie to you he will be back I think he's just going through a really tough time.

You can't be serious? Capital expenditures have gone through the roof this year and a massive round of dilution is coming before the end of Q1 2025. At these prices you will see so much dilution they will be lucky to have a share price trading around book value. Even the most rose colored discounted cash flow analysis maybe they could breach $20 by 2029? And that is being generous at a $6 level which would be about 450 million shares on a float of 2 billion already only to give them 12 months cash at current burn rates. long-term bag holders are in for a decade of misery

@@Englisheasy2 yikes sorry. I do not believe they will be bankrupt it's pretty clear the Chinese communist party likes them. It's so clear now that they are developing a hybrid and they say it's only for Europe, but ultimately you will see that widespread in China. Battery swapping is a great idea, but economically unfeasible. This is why they never break down the losses on the swap stations because they are a black hole that gets bigger and deeper as they build more and more without the sales to support it

Currently big money completely ignores battery swapping, in fact it's playing against us currently as far as the share price. They do not believe that it's the future, and possibly they just listen whatever Elon says. Thats why we are sitting at a measly $5/share.
