I think it would not be too far fetched to think that Elon Musk or one of his companies could just be relentlessly shorting the stock, it is a way to kneecap your competition. However next Q2? Funds will have to disclose their shorts , so we might find out who is killing the stock daily . Good to have you back 🎅☘️🇮🇪

Hey old investor! I have recently visited China (Shanghai), and there is so many NIO cars on the road. I have also seen NIO car dealerships / showrooms and they are very beautiful and futuristic. I am definitely more bullish now.

Wash sale makes alot of sense in this case. Very keen analysis. Thank you. Nio is going to be fine. Holding 10,000 @ 4.85. It is going to be enjoyable to watch my phone in 2025... every $0.10 increase over the year will be $1,000 add. "cha-ching" 🙂 And I do feel optimistic that Nio will go up as sales continue to increase in 2025. They are making great products targeted now at 3 different market segments. CATL found partners really fast, and these other companies are more than willing to partner up with CATL because they dictate who they sell their batteries to. Should we be worried that CATL will eat our lunch? Have you seen their swap stations in person? Are they using any of our patents ? Are they using any of Nio's technology? Are we making any money from it? (doesn't look like we are). We also know that Firefly won't be using EVOGO most likely. Is it possible that other companies like the EVOGO swap stations better then ours? Im worried for sure that CATL will eat our breakfast and lunch no doubt , especially that Zeng and Musk are partners... Im certainly afraid that many ev companies look at Nio as competitor and they would rather join the giant instead of us... yes, im concerned my friend. Catl has a lot of money and power and don't know if they give a crap about Nio and whatever partnerships they signed together....

NIO has great products & brand concepts, NIO day was impressive. If they have supply and good marketing reach , they should sell way better. For the stock price I don’t really get it , I just love the company

While there is some truth that there is wash sales in the US, it is not the case for Singapore and HongKong as there is no capital gain tax. Yet Nio stock price in Singapore and HongKong mirrors the NYSE. Nio stock manipulations is more than tax harvesting. So I see very little upside for Nio until it starts showing profits.

Once day, NIO car will be sold like hot cake. CATL is now heavily investing in swap battery model which will create an awareness among the people around the world. In the meantime, NIO can add their revenue by collecting the swap battery pattern fees from CATL. This is a win win case for everyone such as NIO, CATL, partnership EV manufacturers, local energy companies and EV consumers. In future, the swap battery service is a MUST in China Market when it becomes a trending. Merry Christmas!!!

You are great but you need to look at the broader picture a bit closer NiOs fundamentals are getting better and better, but SP is not reflecting this, neither is Xpeng. Why did both Xpeng and NiO have highs on the same day??? Obviously, there are greater market forces at play, including manipulation. Xpev hit a hig of 77 in 2021. And NiO 66. These will return to all time highs by 2030 and even more. Global liquidity and lower interest rates to free up money. Load up now and be patient. 2031-$100

This kind of manipulation is very minor and has little influence on the stock price . The CEO Nio is all about promises but don’t achieve Nio s. Set goals, fails over and over again. In Europe the showrooms of Nio are full of cars and employees, Nio houses people enjoy the free coffee , however there is no car sales . The swab stations loosing money and are far from profitable. This quarter registration numbers will not meet Nio,s own set goal of 70.000 plus . Investors are looking at Nio s development and if they walk the talk . Sofar it is not happening, that’s why the stock price is at this level

RGTI screaming....Bought RGTI in 2022 so quite happy, got it very low. ...... slowly adding more NIO and dropping my cost average ... today $7.50 a share. SO... Are big Boys adding NIO...while retail is selling, that is my thought? Will continue to add NIO. Best to all NIO longs !!!

Myabe someday NIO's design team, and other manufacturing sectors will be powered by Much higher speed Calculations. Maybe that is part of what will keep them long term profitable?
