Nio last quarter report was amazing with cash flow positive, higher margin, lower capex and leaner operations cost and delivery numbers are up and 2 more factories are building, cash reserve are up and UAE are investing more into Nio technology in Dubai. These are all positive for me, Nio still command over 40% of premium market segment in China and don’t forget Chinese economy and consumers spending are very luggish in China. You don’t shutdown the entire economy for 3 years and pickup running again without government stimulus like US. That’s why they have deflation economy and US have massive inflation pressures on average Americans. Give it time and Nio will be the monster that we are imagine.

Welcome back. I am very pessimistic on there 4th quarter guidence. 71k. Is very unlikely. Since October was 20,900, November i dont see them getting much more then 21k. So they would need a unrealistic 30k in December. I see them adjusting the numbers in Dec. Which will drop the stock more. Should of guided for. 65-68

They have info we don't of course and I am confident they can provide proper guidance a couple months ahead. We already know they have the orders. What we don't know is can they deliver and I assume they know.

@@markwaszczak7516 yes, that means that at least 2 months deliveries are already accounted for. So they know what the demand is for December already. The only way they can miss their guidance is a)production doesn't go as planned, b)delivery doesn't go as planned.

I really appreciate your insights on the numbers. You projections are better than most and much better than the so called analysts. I know you predicted profitability this year but predicting the future consistently and accurately is impossible. I still believe profitability in 2026 and if that occurs it will only be a lucky guess. I do like listening to Nio bears because they force me to see different viewpoints and I often find them less emotionally invested in the company. It's good to consider different views. Take care.

The Electric Viking I have dubbed him the Tesla Viking, for obvious reasons. NIO is constantly given the shaft by US media & Wall street. Mainly because it is Chinese & they use battery swapping technology. This idea was already rejected by Tesla so right off of the bat the company is rejected because Oligarch Musk doesn't approve.. So yeah, it will get a raw deal, especially being listed in NY. Just an example NIO delivered 13.36% as much as Tesla did in Q3 2024, yet only gets less than 1% as much as Tesla's valuation!! Each day Tesla can fluctuate 3x or more than NIO'S entire market cap. It gives NIO absolutely zero credibility for their long list of achievements, so far only the NIO fans would ever know about any of them because the US media coverage on NIO is brutal bad, they are clueless & seems like it pains them to say anything that's positive or accurate unless it is about picking fault with NIO.. If NIO would have sub par quality or crappy technology or service as a premium Chinese brand they would be finished.. Even then they are just barely hanging on if you were to make an assumption based on their stock price lol..

There are soo many incredible benefits of battery swap technology and power stations. If governments support transition to EV, which they do. Then they must also support a cost effective and efficient recycling of batteries. How will the millions of batteries by efficiently recycled if they are fixed to an EV? EV owners need to schedule time to have the battery replaced at a shop and then what happens to that battery? Sits at the shop for someone to come back it up and transport it somewhere? The new battery also needs to be brought to the shop. Its a billing, logistical and distribution nightmare if you ask me!! Please enlighten me if I am missing something!

Nio doesn’t need the United States at this time, trump has nothing to do with Nio. Elon needs china, without China Tesla profits will be cut in half. Trump will not mess with Elon in any substantial way.

Delisting will benefit for Nio. Nio will be in HK market which is no Short! Delisting Chinese Stocks from US market means to move money to other markets, I don’t think US want that.

NIOs stock price evolution over the past 4-5 years has been merely a result of excessive hype-sentiment (remember this steep rise from 8 to 60$) in the supershiny EV-market at first, then the bubble had to burst when Teslas real market dominance became a terrifiying threat to all (and too plenty) chinese start-ups, and right when investors began to realize NIOs long-term cash-eating goals the NIO stock (and other chinese US listed stocks) became a geopolitical play-toy. And that's what it is up today (sadly). Prices are strongly formed by (short-term, e.g. Trump wins election) oriented political considerations of the institutional investors. (just my opinion).

Nio is not Tesla, Tesla has a cash in hands, Nio only has big promises and delayed profitability, and burning cash fast; Also I see Huawei signed a lot of partnerships including BYD and Jianghuai who built F2 for Nio. Did Nio R&D bear any fruits? Battery or smart driving? Nio can't make the battery swap standard for their own car like Nio brand and Firefly.
