Can I please get info/source for the casters and leveler you installed? My concrete is not real flat either. Thanks!

II’m not a professional, just a hobby shop user. I own the ETS EC 150 and the Rotex 150, along with several other Festool products. I hesitated to buy Festool for years due to their high price, but once I started using them, I was amazed by the difference they made. Woodworking is my hobby, and having tools that work beautifully or that I don’t always need to upgrade makes it so much more enjoyable.

Lovely build! I’m assuming that adding Bench Dogs works but too terribly difficult?

Looks great. I’ve watched many vids. re Shaker doors & seem to learn something new from each. Yours taught me to sneak up on cutting the tenons to where they just kiss the outer bounds of the dados. Thank you for this tip. In return, I offer a painting tip: always cut your paint w/ distilled water to ensure that any impurities that might be in your tap water don’t create issues (yes, I’m a perfectionist painter). Love your shop made router table. You should consider making a vid. on how you built it (if you haven’t already). You earned my subscription.

It's better to wrap from the bottom up.Less moisture to get in.

Nice job. An entire kitchen cabinet door and drawer refacing done in 17 minutes 56 seconds. If only I were so efficient.

They say poplar is a hardwood but I disagree. Poplar isn't much harder than pine. In species poplar may be considered hardwood but take a screwdriver to poplar and pine and you'll see the two aren't much different. Maple is a much better choice.

I ran a short piece of 4” flex from the back of the cabinet to the end of my router so the motor is sucking all of its cooling air from outside the cabinet.

How big of a problem would it be if I decided to use AC plywood on this project, rather than cabinet grade birch? I am not at all concerned with the look of this cabinet-just functionality. Thank you!

I just watched the "Build a DIY Outdoor Table" video on KZbin. This is the first time I've ever seen the "bead lock" joinery technique. I'm going to have to research it and compare it with dominos and other types of glue fasteners.

With those big glue-ups, I like to set one side of the cabinet on an assembly table, then let gravity assist by installing the face frame and cross-members, then add the other side last, while it's still sitting on its side. Good looking final product. I like the Walnut top a good bit better than the maple, too.
