Haven't made any jam or jelly in a long time. Growing up we made all kinds, never bought from a store. I think we had almost every fruit you can think of .

I have not made jam but I have made chutney. It is so satisfying to finish a project! I did finish off the glamour fashion journal I started a few years ago! So that is 2 since you started this! Thank you for the encouragement!!!

Hello Carol, I make lots of jam , marmalade, chutney, soup , cakes , I just love being in the kitchen and I hurt waste , so any time we have left over fruit, or vegetables it get used . Thank you for sharing. Hugs Teresa xx

Carol: I love this Chocolate Box journal. This random book is so much fun to look at. Yes, I have made jam and jellies years ago with a dear friend. We then made small banana breads to go with it for Christmas gifts. We added white ceramic spreaders and put it in a basket, wrapping it in green and red cellophane with a bow. Good memories.
