Amazing advice! I wonder if there are any reverb or delay plugins out there that build in side chain compression into the plugin itself

So Sidechain EQing, ducking a specific spectrum. I do this with ableton's onboard stuff, figured it out a few days after I figured out side gain ducking for kicks and bass or other stuff for that pumping effect, in my first year of production around 2007-2008.

Why is you vocal tracks in stereo?

You forgot to incorporate the fact that the other plugins also cost money. In the comparison you used a multiband compressor that costs around 150$. You might already have it, but that's not true for everyone. So for those people, it's a decision between a multiband compressor and this plugin that can do similar things faster and more intuitive for about 50t o 60$ more.

Since you're in Logic, I would just use the stock Noise Gate plugin in Ducker mode. Basically the same function. I do wish it had some visual representation of the levels going in like this one though.

Does this work better than TrackSpacer? Presumably this reduces the entire volume rather than a frequency range. Is either better under which scenario? Likewise what is the advantage over side chain compression and where would use suggest either technique?
