You missed another key point. Secure storage. You can always buy add on storage with lockable saddle bags and tanks bags, but I always prefered the underseat storage of scooters that can fit a full face helmet and also keep food items away from the cold and heat outside and is not a visible target for thieves. That's one of the big things I liked about the Fuell Fllow design. Hopefully it will actually make it to production at some point, but if not, that's definitely something that Livewire should copy.

Like my Ford Mach-e GT, my LiveWire One is charged at home over 95% of the time. Historically on the LiveWire when I DC fast charge I used EA chargers until today. This morning I installed the EvGo app on my apple iPhone 15 pro and headed east to Brookville, Ohio to a McDonalds with an EVGo charging station. My experience? Quick and easy and a clean bathroom. All these things matter. Ride Free

I bought one from Rock City Harley Davidson in Little Rock, Arkansas on 16 August. My phone wouldn’t pair with the system despite trying for over an hour. Then, when I went to ride it home, the service manager told me it had a recall that just came out (Recall #1003) and I couldn’t take it home. They were supposed to have the replacement parts shipped out this week, but one still hasn’t arrived as of 23 August. I’m leaving the country for work for 9 days, so hopefully when I get back I can ride my brand new bike I paid $17,000 for.

Seriously i think the servicing / checks should be free considering they advertise virtually maintenance free and the price of buying these bikes. $500 just to look at it is ridiculous.. In fact i think this should be true of all vehicles, as long as you do not abuse the thing in any way the warantee should cover the servicing, that way people will generally do the services on time too.

I'm not sure I would call what happened stupidity. Sure the guy dropped the bike but he also panic stopped in the middle of a low speed turn. Honestly overall I'd say the result was pretty good given that the alternative was hitting that car. Watching the video it appears as though that car was completely hidden from view by the parked car next to him.

4:36 A cylindrical cell swelling?? and a prismatic is not?.. what kind of physics class did you learned with? Pouch cells better dissipate heat than prismatic. This is why the top hypercar are using these, like the Bugatti Tourbillon. Sadly the more I watch your video the more error and disinformation I see. Please read the proper sources. I know your intention are probably good but the information is not all good. ZERo and Energica are still selling their motorcycle. A good product is something at the right cost for customer, seller and manufacture. If it is too expensive there is something wrong. If it is too expensive and the model is discountinued it is even more wrong.Livewire did something great but not enough to keep selling it. Zero and Energica does. Btw, The ZERO battery is one of the most advanced. Farasis still make cells for all these battery today, The 25Ah cell from the first 102V generation improved to 32Ah in the same shape. Now they use long pouch with dual end tabs. It has over 20kWh. But the only downside is that they are not on 400V so not compatible for Dc fast charging, which was a huge advantage on the Livewire. But Zero still is capable charging at 1C without cooling. Very simple design often win.

Test rider: “oh man, what a great bike!” Interviewer: “would you buy one?” Test rider: looks at buddy for peer back up, buddy looks at feet, shuffles awkwardly. I’m of the generation of the three more senior guys at the test ride. I’ve ridden a Zero at a promotion event and thought it was awesome. And because I don’t have any dumbass insecurities about what anyone might think or say, I’d have a Del Mar in a heartbeat - just need to find £17k from somewhere, or find a job with a car allowance…👌

The Harley Museum in Milwaukee has absolutely nothing regarding the LiveWire. All the R&D that went into it- the marketing...gone. It's a shame, it's as if it never even existed, like a colossal corporate embarrassment. Which is too bad, because yours works for you. For the rest of us, the $28K price tag and the limited range were huge obstacles to choosing this over a traditional V-Twin motor. Plus, no potato.

I've been getting my service at HD of Glendale. They're an authorized LiveWire service center and their technician (Fernando) has a LiveWire One that he has put 27K miles on himself. They mount and dismount both tires with balancing and belt adjustment along with checking the steering head bearing for $300. They do the gear oil change for $180 total parts and labor. The other things that are part of the 10K service are overkill in my opinion. At 35K, I'll get the brake fluid replaced and put in a new 12 volt battery. The maintenance cost are way less that a gas bike. I did a video about the cost of ownership kzbin.info/www/bejne/eZLZmZuvp91-nq8

Love seeing your videos again! I’m at 15,000 miles in my first year of ownership of my 2022. Chose the Livewire One in part because of your videos. Your research on the Prismatic Lithium cells, my extended warranty, and Harley’s down-rating of the cells to reduce wear, was pivotal to alleviating my fear of a worn-out battery. Been loving and using mine to the fullest. Daily 88-mile commute with a slow charge at night. And extended weekend rides with fast chargin in the mountains on the weekend. So much dang fun and useful. Thanks for coming back to summarize your 25,000 mile review!
