Sometimes society wants to pull us away from wanting and being with our families. When in reality, that's where the most happiness come from.

Never be embarrassed by what your home looks like. The most important thing about your home is the love in it, not whether it’s KZbin worthy or not

Charity, I am so glad you want to be a stay at home mom. In the long run, you can save more money not having to pay for child care, clothes for work, upkeep on a vehicle plus the gas, fast food options because you don't have enough time or energy. You never have to apologize for the items you buy for your family and your home.....you are the one who knows the items you need now or will in the near future. Thanks for sharing part of your busy day with us. Y'all have a Blessed day.

I got so much flack for being a stay-at-home mom until my youngest went to kindergarten. By the time I paid for child care, bought appropriate office clothes, paid for gas getting back and forth to work, paying for lunch if I didn't pack it, take out meals, (pizza) on nights I came home too exhausted to cook, throw in an occasional cleaning lady, it made no sense at that time for me to work. When I did get back into the work force, I worked part time, it was a real challenge being out of the house just 3 days a week!

Charity, you have to answer only to God and your husband. That is all. You are a good wife and Mama and have your priorities in order. You’re doing great!!

Remember you’re in a small apartment. You have to take a moment to sit and take a break. Plus figure out what organization works for you. Staying home more isn’t a bad thing because you can bond with the baby. Don’t try to do it all at once. Don’t let people tell you what you need to do. Unless you ask someone what they’d do. Even if you read, watch tv, watch a video or just nap take 30-60 minutes for you during the week. Hope you have a great weekend. Katlyn is so beautiful.❤ You well do fine. You well be a great mom.

Hi Charity! You’re a great mother and with a new baby things are on the babies schedule pretty much. Don’t sweat the small stuff, it will always work out. Your home looks just fine. Have a blessed night!

Thank you for this video, for sharing things personal to you, with all of us. We recognize that you are "sharing" with us, not "answering" to us. It really is a blessing that you are so near your family.

I think when that person mentions “there will always be deals” they are saying that you don’t have to buy for a potential future house. Save the money and let it grow interest. You will find deals again when you move somewhere else. You are making your current place uncomfortable for the sake of a future place that really isn’t even a set plan yet. I would love to see Caitlin have room to crawl around safely when she’s old enough to do so

A great video and I enjoyed your chitchat. I just want to encourage you to remember you are creating a home and not a house. So those things that you bring into your home is what’s help create it to be place for you and your family to cook, spend time together, make it a warm and comfortable environment for you to live and enjoy life. Don’t listen to any negative comments about your home and never feel embarrassed… You have a beautiful home that God has given you and you’ve created it into a wonderful place and I love watching how you find little nooks and crannies to fit all the wonderful things that you have.♥️💕👍🏻

I enjoyed this wonderful video, Charity. Thank you for sharing your home and your life with your followers. Watching your videos reminds me of the early days of my marriage. They were sweet days that went by so fast. My husband and I just celebrated our 40th anniversary. That's seems impossible! Lol. I always look forward to what you share. ~Sherry ♥

I have the same problem, where I like looking for things I need at thrift stores that I need but end up coming home with other things I don’t need because it’s a good deal. I’ve decided to not go to thrift stores for 2 months, I’m going cold Turkey. Wish me luck, 😂

You look pretty with those blue eyes sparkling! This lighting and the color red suit you well. You are right about balance in buying. As I've aged, I've found I'm more content with less stuff.

Good job. Charity,!! Keep an eye on too much stuff..it's hoarding. You know what small piles can turn into! You come from a house where piles and piles of stuff ...hoarding....is very present. It's wasted energy in the long run.,.you will find when you are straightening up that you are moving the same piles all the time. God bless

I do understand though how going and looking through things is also a source of enjoyment.

Yes it’s a fine line just buying things you find a good deal on when you don’t really need it! I went to a couple of garage sales today and got some things for my 14 year old daughter but also thought if she didn’t want it I would use it. Not taking risks that then would be a waste! I do have a problem buying too many school supplies but those can always be donated and I do have a friend I do school shopping for since she loves the good deals I get!
