Hello FOA,, thanks After I bought this controller, but still not install it, because I'm confusing how it will fully charge the battery and I have load all the time? I think it will keep be keep in high volt of bulk charging, And this will damage the battery storage, So, please advise what is solution Thanks

Is it possible to do both AC and DC coupling at the same time? I think a small AC coupled inverter could help balance out the system and make it a little more efficient.

I tried and tried nd could not get this to work. I noticed that the IP address you used was different between the gateway and the tablet. The gateway you showed ending in 1 but the tablet in 2. I tried it both ways but could never get the tablet to connect to the gateway when tethered together.

My wife and I are looking into setting up (2) XW PRO 6848 in parallel with Schneider Electric 865-1034 Conext MPPT 100 600: 6kW Solar PV Charge Controller(s) + PDM and 15 kilowatt of LONGi Mi HO5 (545 watt) panels. I would like to know if a system like this requires two PDM - one for each inverter or if a single PDM can be used for Master/Slave connections. These units will be used to charge (2) Absolyte GX (AGM 2,000 Amp hour ea.) battery banks and a high amp hour charge rate needs to be achieved. A 20 kw generator may be installed for winter conditions and low solar input. Is this type of system able to be assembled and achieve the desired result for off grid application?

Hello, my conext gateway 865-0329 lost de web access. I run a port scanner and just two ports are available TCP 504 and 503.I tried several times holdind reset button for more than 15 secons but after restart nothing happend. Pls help

OK 😁. MISSION FINALLLY ACCOMPLISHED!! Finally got to log into Insight Cloud. Was able to download and save an event history and a consolidated report and send to client.🦸‍♂

Good night Mr. Benson. I'm seeking your expertise. How do i access the Insight Home Local for a client from my home via internet? We are in two different parishes, 88 km apart. I can log in easily via wifi while at the premises. However, the same log in does not work from home. what am i missing?

I purchased a full house solar system in Oct 2020 from a solar installer with many years of experience with this system. The electronics were all from Schneider Electrical and included two inverters and charge controllers and associated equipment. After two years the system began to experience numerous failures to included getting stuck in a loop, cycling the power on to the house several times before resetting on a number of occasions. The system also frequently shut down requiring me to reboot the system with error codes that made no sense such as fused relays. The system finally completely failed. Despite numerous service calls from the installer over the space of a year and many wasted hours they were unable to get the system to work and would not continue to support it. I replaced the system with a Solar Arc 15. I have made numerous attempts to reach out to Schnider to address this problem and cannot get an answer from their customer support center. The phone rings for an hour and just disconnects. The system is still under the five-year warranty. I went with Schneider equipment with the belief that this established company would be a safe bet, instead it has turned into a living nightmare. I want to return the system to Schneider for a full refund. Since I wrote this several days ago and mailed them a copy they remain nonresponsive.

This solution seems to kill the insight WIFI cloud connection. How can I have a tablet connected and still have cloud access for remote monitoring?

Does the system have multiple inverters? Sounds like several settings including Stacking of multiple inverters (Master / Slave) was not properly setup. What were the error messages?

Absolutely useless if you can't buy one. I live in the uk. Schneiders distribution to the UK is practically non exsistant

anyone know how to reset the Ground Fault error on these MPPT60 controllers? I've got 3 controllers that all show the same fault. this is the 3rd time it has happened in 6 months or so. I'm having the techs come out to try to figure out what's going on, but I'd like to get my (off grid) house back running temporarily if I can figure out how to reset the fault(s).

Hi @bschena, sorry to hear about your system. With multiple MPPT60 units, only one ground fault fuse should be installed in one MPPT 60. If that fuse has blown, it will need to be replaced by a qualified person. Thank you.

Would this same setup work over wifi so the tablet can be a distance away from the Conext Gateway?

@@SESolar Awesome, I was not aware of the webinar and I will attend if I am not working. I also could have phrased my question better. I would connect WiFi to my home WAP and from there connect to the Gateway which is connect to my home network via ethernet. Thank you for the response, I have been wondering about this for a while.

@@BuildingADrink Connecting the tablet to your home WAP is possible using WiFi Station mode setup. When logging in to the tablet as Guest, you can have a continuous dashboard that will never time out. However, if the signal strength of the router WAP (wrt the tablet) is weaker than the signal strength of the Gateway device, it may be better to connect the tablet using WAP of the Gateway device. Default IP is 192.168.100.1
