Suzuki gsx8s8r. Is the future of road bike's. See the charge and adapt to serve. Which they have done with flying colours. Think suzuki hide in the rays of the sun. Just be swooping in and showing how it's done. Every bike now is a copy of a k5. (Racing bike's)
@tjroelsma7 күн бұрын
I would love to see them return, but I don't think they can afford it anymore. Like you said: the GSX-ers haven't been updated in a long time and Suzuki pulled out of MotoGP when they saw the writing on the wall for their inline-4 and decided that R&D for a V-4 MotoGP engine was too expensive. Besides that: Suzuki and Kawasaki have always been the underdogs in the Japanese battle against Honda and Yamaha. Kawasaki was the first to fold from MotoGP, although they did well in WSBK afterwards, in my opinion because they had the tightest budget. Suzuki held on a while longer and then they folded, but they seem to have folded completely from top category racing. And that kind of comes back in the stagnation of updating the GSX-ers: Suzuki seems to have lost all interest in developing the so-called leader-bikes.

MotoGPs just wasting them too much money. Buyers have to pay a few hundred towards it every time they buy a bike. Added to that people have to pay to watch it so many dont.

Yes I pay to watch it although here in the US it's on Max which I get with my cell phone plan. I think the cost, as you rightly point out is why Suzuki stopped racing. I just think it's rather short sighted. If MotoGP was free to air it would bring in more fans.

This sounds very familiar to me. In 2015, marc crashes in one of the first races of the season (argentina) and blames the other rider but says its okay no hard feelings bla bla bla. Then when his championship winning option decreases, he decide to help the spanish rider which is fighting against the italian who he had the incident with , and both on the same manufacturer. I hope that story dont repeat this year. I just want the best rider to win in a fair way. But everything sounds familiar...

Much better audio quality,thanks for that. Hey, topic. I am in the US, like you, and have had the motoGP subscription for 7 years. Obviously MotoGP waited until the absolute last moment to announce their new broadcast partner so they would not loose out on subscriber money,,that kind of stinks. I chose to watch the new TNT feed as much as possible. Definitely a nice change of pace from the MotoGP crew. I watched the replay of highlights with Birt and Suddaby?!?! Those guys call the craziest stuff. I don't ride and I don't know anything about technical/strategy aspects of riding but to hear some of them go off about Vinales at the end with their commentary just seemed unhinged. @@sirpatrickbikes Since being both fast and dumb 5th may be overly generous. His 'sociopath on 2 wheels' has garnered negative Karma. Another nasty off seems likely since the first one had no effect. Since the Duc is well balanced compared to the too stiff Honda we witness no warning front tucks a plenty so far. My spidey sense feels his next big one will occur at one of his Pride tracks, COTA or Saschenring.

MM93 won't win another title this year. But, on a good factory bike, don't count him out. However, it is fair to say that he will probably win a couple of races this season. In fact, we will see all of the 4 GP23 riders win a race or two this year. Ducati is going to have a hard time shuffling around their riders, just to keep them.
