Do yiou recommend change a one-fan radiator to a two-fan radiator that way?

Great vid! Differences in melting pt: polycarbonate is approx 50° higher in temp than acrylic. Would the power supply you use yield same results bending poly vs acrylic sheet?

So the liquid that comes with the units is not made to withstand the rigors of cooling over time? You mention that there are some liquids, or liquid additives, that do not eliminate the corrosive aspects of the two metals inside the pumps, but alleviate the negatives. Why dont they add these to the loops then? Is it a case of wanting the unit to fail over time so you are foced to buy a new one? There is a lightbulb in the USA that is inside a firestation, that has been on and burning for over 100 years now. This lightbulb was made before the lightbulb manufactureres conspired together to make light bulbs fail, so you buy them more often. Built in, planned for, obsolescence, in the name of profit. Selling the planet down the river to satisfy greed. Two different metals tend to act like a battery where one substance wants to travel and attach itself to the other. Just like how a battery works.

I think I might have struck gold when it comes to getting a hobby I will enjoy and especially when I learn how to do it! I modded a few csses this summer, very basically. I drilled a bunch of holes to a case to add airflow to it so I could fit a graphics card in it and not over heat. It worked like a charm, but was pretty ugly. Then I also cut out a hole and added a little window to it so it had visible rgb. Then I cut windows into two other pc cases and it looked kinda cool. I have an old NZXT Phantom case from 2010 or something, and it's limited edition white and red color scheme. I might modify it somehow, but I am not a creative person, so I don't have much more fantasy than custom water loops + cutting a window into it.

Thank you for actually showing the process, this is exactly what I wanted to do but got disheartened because of the cost involved and trial and error, i don't want to buy an expensive aio but i like the aesthetic, howeer i want to have the fan cooler for the cpu and custom fit cooler that runs to the gpu.

hi, arctic liquid freezer ii user here. this mod can easily be done on said series of AIO's, as they actually have threaded barbs. should be the same with the newer iii's. you could even replace the aluminum stock radiator with a copper one, probably. super cool.

This is awesome and really helpful, thank you! With your video I finally figured out what parts of the case I needed to unscrew in order to secure the GPU - it's a high GPU, so the screwdriver doesn't really fit, and I need to remove the back side case panel :)

so i guess a new question, can you add RGB to any stick of RAM that previously did not have it cause im pretty sure u can 3D print up a heatsink but what about RGB?

Thanks for the video. Seems easy enough - however, not having experience with electrical circuits, what about potential for electric shock. I have heard it doesn't take too many amps to hurt and or result in much worse. 10amps seems high. Could you comment please?

Fun fact about RAMs heat resistance. Years back, out of curiosity, I wanted to see if I could destroy RAM with fire. I set the RAM over a candle where the flame was touching the RAM - and left it for like half an hour. Plugged it in and it till booted and ran fine. Took a lead pencil to it and it killed it dead in 2 seconds however.

Great video! Question: If I got myself some Alphacool NexXxoS RXP-1 RAM-Cooler Black, it would be very straight forward to connect them up to a modded AIO like how you showed in this video, wouldn't it? Just add tubes and tighten them, and add them to the loop. Right? My PC already has a good AIO for the CPU, but I found an old 240mm AIO in my PC parts box and I was thinking maybe I could try out water-cooling my RAM.... 😅 Thoughts?

Absolutely no mention of the air gap that is vital in all aio's...shame on you for not knowing that hot things expand and cold things also expand. You need to have an air gap of 5%. Yes really 5% so if you empty out 100ml of fluid then the radiator takes 105 mls...
