I love the little touch that every CO power has it’s own activation jingle to it as well. The amount of little details put into the game are just amazing, really shows how much love and care was put into it!

Was the music turned off? Because I was thinking if it's the lack of music while the power animation plays giving it less feel of an idanger to it. And the intensity of the animation as well. Basically I'm talking about the other COs. Sturm's just hits hard regardless.

Good point, although I think maybe the reason why they chose andy is because due to being new he would be an unknown entity for the other army COs, though that reason doesn't much sense either.

Clone Andy comes from dual strike which takes place a few years later, so...my question is why is he in 2?

Fun fact: Sturm actually has two different COP animations, one for the AW1 style and one for the AW2 style of the reboot. The differences are pretty minor, but it is a nice touch nonetheless!

@@WardieJayPlays no need to sweat it, its a really minor difference. The AW1 version has a completely black background around the letters and the AW2 version added some particle effects in there. You can see the studio has an alternative version of it listed. For normal COs this swaps between the COP and SCOP, for Sturm it swaps between the AW1 and AW2 version.

I’m not gonna lie I kinda wish Clone was a bit unique from Andy, like they could’ve made him different in the advance wars 2 style so that it didn’t intrude on how he works when you fight him in the campaign And yes, I know that Clone used to literally just be Andy in the campaign, but it just feels weird that they made an entire new CO that’s just a reskin of another CO And it’s not even like Koal, Jugger and Von Bolt from dual strike who are a tiny bit unique from who they’re basically copying Clone is quite literally a clone of Andy

In the aw 2 style he has no super power but his normal power still works like Andy's old normal power giving his units a firepower boost which is removed in Andy's normal power in aw 2

i don't like what they've done with sturm at all, his appearence, his voice. recall this guy loves war, outsmarted sonja and is a complete psychopath. if they were going the saterday morning cartoon route he should just sound like darth vader or the shredder and it'd be totally acceptable.

Its interesting, he doesnt have a super but his normal one is the super of normal andy in AW2. So in reality Clone has hyper upgrade but cheaper because it retains its AW1 cost (3 beads)
