Happy New Years - I overcame my depression using these tactics that can easily be done by you. After some serious soul searching and goal setting I was able to use a delusional mindset focused on optimistic "As If" affirmations to make big changes in my life.
This isn't a quick fix example and it takes work. Most habits take over 66+ days to become a true habit and even more time to become a part of your routine and then ultimately a part of you. Just keep focusing on one more day actions and hopefully 2023 will be an improved you.
