Did you only use eggs and oil for the omelette? I didn't think it'd work with just that, I saw other people use cornstarch or thick cream, can I really do it with just eggs and oil?

Yes of course, only fresh eggs and oil, but it's important to strain and use a good non stick pan too!

Good information. You said there is "...gas trapped inside..." so how long after they cool down should I wait to grind them?

I assume you mean grinding to brew immediately, then you should let the bean rest a day before using them!

Its hard to watch if you keep changing views too fast from different distance and angles unnecessarily. Too many closeups for no reason too. Best to stick with max 3 views that are easy for viewers. Just my opinion.

Yea if you use lesser water, the paper will still get softer because of the moisture from the veggies and meat etc. Keep trying and good luck!

Hi! I just made a miserable attempt on making goi cuon, although the rolls were all different sizes (how do you even do them perfectly) the sauce (i made the hoisin&peanut sauce) is incredible, i love it. Thank you for the recipe!!

Can we freeze the spring rolls for other days? And if it's possible, how long could we freeze it?

No I wouldn't freeze the spring rolls, because the vegetables won't be nice when you defrost it, and same for the rice paper. But the sauce can be definitely be freezed in batches, keeping for up to 6 months!

Hello Sophie, I think it only works with the normal instant coffee powder. I used the instant powder from Nescafe, or gwoon works too. Good luck if you decide to give it another try!!
