I’m so sad to see rainbow high go to this. I have almost 150 rainbow/shadow high dolls but with this I can’t. I hate them it’s so sad to see them go from what they were to this.

Same it makes me SO sad that matel is no longer putting effort into rainbow high they had great quality they had second outfits but now they're making newer things cause rainbow high is being less bought even Wal-Mart doesn't sell the littles they don't sell them none of them I wonder why

I completely agree that if this was a totally new thing, with us having no knowledge of what Rainbow High was before, I would probably think these are cute. As the new direction for the Rainbow High brand that we were originally introduced to? Can't stand it. I genuinely can't believe that they decided to completely destroy a brand that they were having success with instead of just making a new sub-line or something else that was "related" to Rainbow High but not replacing it. I have every single Rainbow High and Shadow High doll up to the point of the reboot, and sadly it looks like that's where I'll be stopping.

I got into Rainbow High later than most and don't have a 10 of dolls, but I think with this release, this is my exit point. I did get all of the glitter dolls hoping things would be better but I don't see it happening. Oh well, more money for Monster High.

I hope they don't go this direction for the bigger doll. Monster High went to G2, then came back better. Not G1, but better than G2....so we shall see what happens.

they should have looked at lol tweens doll, and made them articulated with extra clothes, stands and shoes, something you could style and have fun with.

I feel like I got into Rainbow High too late. I started collecting last year because I loved how much style and detail that went into each outfit. The Barbie line has definitely lost all its attractiveness and the Disney Hasbro (and now Mattel) dolls are the same way but RH, just seemed made for older kids or adult collectors. Now, it’s seems like they only want small kids to enjoy their dolls and it’s so sad. I’m hoping something changes but for now, I’m saving money I suppose.

If they had maybe done elementry school not preschool i could have seen it a tad smaller size but still allowed the detail work. It could also open up a real sibling packs and see maybe a verity of the pinks to show siblings using pink as an example. That would have been a funner consept to see

Aww, it's actually cute. And I love them, but not for me but for my daughter. She is 4 and loves my rainbow high collection. But the full-size dolls wouldn't be a doll a hand to a 4 year old in general for many reasons. But these would be perfect for her. She gets the look of the doll but simplified. And now we can both have a rainbow high collection ☺️

i went to look at rainbow high dolls for the first time in a few years in person the other day and was so confused about what i was seeing. I was so excited to finally get a new doll and ended up leaving with nothing. :/ its very sad. right up there with the fall of monster high dolls for me now.

Looks like i pick a good time to give up on the MGA Big headed doll brigade. I might buy the new color and create doll with the brown eyes and use her as a mini me. All i have to do is dye her hair brown. She's the only pretty doll RH release this year so far.

Can the little doll sit? Do her legs splay out to the sides when (if?) she sits, or do the legs stay together? I'm assuming she doesn't have any knee/elbow articulation. The little doll is quite cute, but yeah, looks like a $10 doll. Also, your hair and makeup are FIRE for this video!

I sadly came tot he conclusion that rainbow high dolls are not for me anymore, the last i bought was slumber party junior high violet since I never had one in this size, but I really have little to no inspiration for what this soft reboot has to offer. I'm definitely not the target but I find it too bad that us adult collectors (or any fan of what the line used to be) have been left aside because now RH is pretty much like any other brand and, from my perspective, has lost its identity and what made them stand out compared to other dolls) ... I guess mga has other priorities but that's really too bad, I will miss this line 😭

I have to say I didn’t like the RH slime dolls at first but now have Violet and Amaya and love them more than the originals. These are OK. I am obsessed with the Barbie Mini land series. J’ai arrêté la collection avec les maillots de bain et les pyjamas. Je complète mes autres collections Famosa Nancy collection, Paola Reina, Mattel, American Girl etc…MGA m’a trop déçu. J’ai 105 poupées Rainbow et Shadow non débordées.Je n’ai pas de Monster High. MGA a laissé tomber les collectionneurs.

RH and SH are slowly falling. Every doll line kinda goes through it. They're gonna go off the doll radar for a while until something new and innovative comes out from the RH/SH factory.

This reboot gets the BOOT from me! Personally, I prefer articulated dolls because they feel more like collectables and less like a disposable toy I'll keep collecting everything up to Fantastic Fashions. Hopefully MGA will throw us a bone once in a while and release special edition Rainbow high dolls

I had spent a great deal of money on RH too. I was so disappointed by the turn that they took that I’ve donated 75% of my collection. I sadly don’t like them like I used to. It can happen with any line of dolls, one day you look at them and you wonder why you spent so much, that’s how I felt. Definitely let down by MGA.

The only good thing to come, out of Rainbow High originally was the clothes and that u can, pass it over to the G3 Monster High dolls and give it a restyle that's what I'm doing at the moment.

The downgrade of Rainbow High has also altered the trajectory of my hobbies and interests! My interest in dolls has completely dissipated. I love the ones I have but have no desire to add to my collection. Welp, moving on, I guess. RH sh@t the bed as far as I'm concerned.

The Rainbow High Littles are intensely disappointing to me. It doesn't look like Rainbow High to me, and the plastic tops look terrible to me. The worst part for me is the lack of inset eyes and articulation. If they had inset eyes, full fabric clothes, and elbow and knee articulation, they could have been cute. The random introduction of the little siblings feels weird and random as well.🖤💜

As an adult doll collector I’m starting to get embarrassed by how everyone is having breakdowns over the Rainbow High reboot. Yes it’s gone downhill, yes it’s changed, but it’s not for us. They went in a new direction. We have to accept it and move on. There are other lines of dolls out there, or heck, even other hobbies. It’s time to stop crying about this brand.

there's nothing wrong with expanding and making separate lines for a younger audience literally every doll brand has down this, I think the issue is people are expecting RH to cater to adults all the time, but they're not an adult only brand. Lastly, yall are complaining about a 10 dollar doll for a year 3 yr old but yall are hyping up 20-30 dollar dolls with poly hair, no stands cheap plastic shoes and printed clothes that are actually for adults smh
