Hey Scott Martin, my name is Keels on of the members of Best Buddie Fishing! Let me start off with saying you are my favorite Pro Fisherman and my favorite fishing KZbinr. I heard you know my good friend Troy Philips and his mom and dad and I hope to see you this weekend in Santee! I wish you the very best of luck and I pray you do good! I also was wondering if you would collaborate with us on our KZbin channel! I’ve reached out to your team with no response yet, but I am hoping for one! But until then I wish you the best of luck this weekend, I hope to see you there, and I’ll be praying you come out on top!!

Constructive criticism and advice: I feel like you made similar comments around August and September of last year about needing to focus better and think more. Here we are at the beginning of this year and you are saying you stopped thinking. One thing you don't address in this video is how you are going to re-focus and how you are going to engage your mind in the next tournament and going forward. I would like to see an update video on this and hopefully learn something I can take away. I love the channel and what you do so please keep up the good work. I also have you on my fantasy team for Harris Chain so good luck and have fun!

No doubt in my mind you will win an elite series tournament this year. Your exercise and will and focus is better than I've ever seen. Not focusing on TV shows or merchandise or whatever. You seem to really have drive and I love it. I'll be watching. God bless and good luck.

Dude i've been watching you fish since you started the Scott Martin Challange TV show way back when. Hands down my favorite angler to watch and really enjoy all your videos. Wish you all the best this season, can't wait to see you fish my home province of New Brunswick this year at the Pan Am championship.

The playbook there was brutal, you're a better fisherman than that. You've been in training for 20 some odd years for the big day. Think fish, know fish. My family and I remember meeting you on Okeechobee some 24 years ago, you're a class act, you deserve the best life has to offer. God, family, fans, and focus...Now fish..😊 Love ya'll ❤

I stepped on a crank bait and it went into my foot and was stuck to the step on the boat, my phone was on the console by the steering wheel to far to reach, the pliers were by the pedal of the trolling motor in the box, and I was alone, I had to try and pull the hooks out of the carpet and everytime I moved it felt like the hooks were going deeper in my foot! I still have a scar on the heel of my foot where I finally got the hooks out after about 20 minutes

I feel like Toledo should’ve been more of an eye opener for some of you guys. The same kind of concepts that dominated Toledo dominated fork. Practice should’ve been spent looking for them off the bank. Just my $.02

Love your shows and watch all of them and many more than a couple times. Good to see you figuring out your potential. You have the skill to do much better but sometimes I think you focus way to much on the show and put fishing second. God first, Family, Fish and then the show. Get those right and the rest will take care of itself. Look forward to watching you win more.

Maybe you could actually write down on paper when you have a thought during practice including time and water temp or even during day 1 and revert back to it when you feel like your struggling.

Next time you smash a fingernail get a brand new 1/16 or smaller drill bit. you can use power if you have balls or you can gently spin it with your fingers and it will drill through your nail.

How much of your fishing strategy involves studying recent bass behavior in regards to water Temps, air Temps, water conditions and native bait found in those bodies of water.

You saw it yourself. Most of you guys caught the same fish over the weekend 3-4times off bed. And just kept going back like if more fish pulled in but that wasn’t the case. Off shore was key but they were still were pushing up. Ben Milliken was on the right pattern but didn’t pull it together

Maybe go back to your roots, what your pops tought you about finding fish. I see everyone using FFS. But its killing the instincts of fishing. FFS is becoming a crutch.
@stonehorn46419 ай бұрын
Nonsense. Fish are more pressured than ever. It’s not ffs, it’s traffic on bodies of water. Im ok with getting rid of ffs, but it’s the least of our problems
@cerealkillerjigs9 ай бұрын
It’s not killing any instinct of fishing. It’s call moving with the times. If you can deal with it, leave and fish how you want.

Yep these fish are harder to catch not cause of FFS it's all the pressure have you noticed all the folks on the lakes now good lord in Alabama in the winter I use to have the lake ,/neely herny to myself NOT anymore it's so crowded now the warm days now good lord where all these folks come from dang
