Scott old buddy. I'm just an amateur but I've been catching bass since I could walk and that's over 50 years. In my experience on a day like that 2nd day I would fish every point that all that wind was blowing into and see if there are bait blowing into them with that wind. Most likely there will be. Take it or leave it son.

I fished Lake Tuscaloosa once with Dalton Bobo. Boy did he put me on some spotted bass. He goes cast here with this jerkbait, showed cadence and bam,4lb spot. He did that twice more in the first 3 casts, and says you got it. I laughed my ass off. What was even better, we sat 15 min waiting for 2 guys to move off the place where he knew those spots were on, moved in and whacked them. Then finished off the evening catching cruisers on buzz baits. This day was the day the Columbine high school shootings.
