Nice clean area. While the big fancy gyms are great in their own right, I am a fan of the clean but personal feel of spaces like this.

A lot of people primarily rely on compound barbell movements for the lower body development in the home gym. We HAVE had a couple gyms on that have some good leg equipment! (Especially the next video coming up)

Mirrors are definitely helpful. But in a crutch kind of way. I prefer to use cues I can feel for that reason.
