The tip on one doing pushups with one hand on the fist and the other on the finger tips is golden. Thanks for thats.

Man, thank you so much. I had my black 1st dan exam this week on Sunday, and when I went to training the next day, I couldn't tie the belt as it was too rigid and thick. So thank you because you saved me from walking in the streets looking stupid.

Fingertip pushups are not good for grip but they train finger extensors which helps with imbalances with flexors. It’s good to supplement with grip training to avoid stiff fingers down the line.

Im only a shotokan blue belt and feel my kicks lose all power at the end, I don’t want to just look like I have learned the moves, I need to bet the power and strength to use that power with control. I keep thinking at my level I should be a lot better than I am

Its always refreshing to do new drills. I think that might need to adjust this drill to make it more effective for speed training. Is your goal to improve speed of arm or speed of step? Whole punch is more of a timing issue compining arm and step. For ypur nervious system to understand and for you to benefit from bands, you should not use speed that is more than 5-10 % faster compared to your own…without assistance. So moving whole bodymass needs a different band compared to arm.

Good drill, but its not for making your punches faster. Its more like making something stronger.

Sorry but that took way too long to explain the "Back Stance" as your video is titled. Confusing what you were trying to convey, and you repeated same thing multiple times especially talking about the Front stance. If I may suggest, keep it short and simple. "Back Stance" it's purpose, proper position, weight distribution, foundation, the form of it, and proper feet positions of the "Back Stance..." Thank you
