I've played tons of em. Probably the most surprisingly enjoyable was Pesticide not Required but only surprising because it was quite simple. My favorite is easily Halls of Torment. I have, oddly, not put that much time into vampire survivors itself altho I loved it. Such a great genre. Never thought I'd play these games so much! Next to g fighting games it's my most played genre the last few years Brotato Picayune dreams Nimrods Karate Survivor Disfigure Spirit hunters Spellbook demonslayer Nordic ashes Chorus of the night Boneraiser minions That's what I can find on steam on my phone, gonna dig more when I get home. I played so many 'horde survivors' this year and halls of Torment was my fav. I had completed it in early access and played a bunch more after release. Beautiful game. Edit - I just bought a disgusting amount of games on steam... Seriously gross... But one is Magcraft. I think you'd love it.

bullethell type games are just simply amazing of course its matter how devs are actually care about their games, but games such as halls of torment, os soulstone survivors are simply amazing, and their is many more, so im so happy new bullethell games coming so often I can just simply , jump on that game and slave everyrhing and everyone with bunch of skills, maps ,perks and so on

Hades in s is soo bad joke. Its good story game but rly bad rougelite isac, risk of the rain 2 and even returnal should be in s and hades i c tier rouge. And vampire im c is bad joke too

im a huge dead cells. hater.tried to get into it but everything felt sloppy in that game. janky controls, enemies able to shoot you through walls, etc. just unnatural and annoying

Try Magic survival. It is on mobile platform, yes, but is also one the oldest "horde" games and the game is simple yet very complex, you can go random in a run, plan very heavily before one, or just follow a meta it is not a restrictive game and has a lot freedom of choice (there is alot of rng tho)

Balatro is easily my most played roguelike, if not game in general, of 2024, but i just picked up Diceomancer recently and holy cow is it fantastic. If you haven't checked it out yet i highly recommend

As a fan of roguelites and in that I follow almost all of them. I found Balatro to be a disappointment but that is just my view I guess.
