Kenya is a beauty to invest in but the system favors the rich and wealthy kicking out the rest. I don’t see the reason why working Kenyan citizens shouldn’t be offered flexible options to own properties just like they do in some foreign countries.

As a European I. Kenya, Malindi, I could tell you a lot of horror stories about people buying property in Kenya. You have to do your due diligence + a lot more. I suggest you go to Africa Uncensoreds website or YT channel and Watch their research videos on buying property. While you are at it, watch their research videos”the first betrayal” about how Jomo Kenyatta laid the bricks to Kenyans’ obsession with land and land grabbing.
