I'm glad you addressed the skid plate - I got baptized in oil the first time I tried to take the shortcut and not remove it. Access cab doors are absolutely an issue at times. I have 2 young kids, and it feels like no matter how far back I park in the lot, people inevitably park beside me and make it a pain in the ass.

Do you remember using any trim kits to fit right? I’ve used the same the ATOTO stereo but mine had big gaps on the sides and both top and bottom, it looks ridiculous to be honest.

Don't use those cheap red splices, do it right and use a proper crimp on or solder your wire connects and cover with heat shrink.

Cupping due to not rotating. If you do mostly city driving rotate every 5k-6k. Highway you can go as long as 10k per rotation. I use Discount Tire they rotate for free but they do charge for balancing.

I just received the Rockville kit and I had one quick question. The kit comes with RCA cables to connect to the sub and the back of the head unit. In your video you didn’t use rca but I think you used a sub cable that only has 1 connection (not 2 on each end like the RCA cable). 12:32 I am doing this for the first time and would appreciate any help or guidance. Btw I love your videos. I installed the atoto head unit and back up camera following your video. Thank you!!

Do you remember if you used the OEM bracket to mount it on Atoto’s bracket to line up the 4 screws or did you use something else? I have a sequoia which is identical to Tundra but my OEM would not bolt on ATOTOs bracket

Funny, the "Drive" bulb on my transmission indicator is out too. Will need to replace. I replaced the push button map lights just above the windshield on the roof. Those original bulb were pathetic. And I replaced the bulbs in the doors. On the doors and map light I replaced them with LED bulbs, but only got what I thought was marginal improvement.

After the trial and error, my water spots were so bad on a black vehicle, especially on the hood, I first had to Claybar it, and then remove any leftover water spots with this product. Helpful tip: best to use small amount at a time, rub 30 seconds, let’s sit for 30 seconds, then buff and clean.

Any reason yu didn't replace the passenger side bearing?? IIRC, most Tundra front wheel bnearings turn about the same number of revolutions each 100,000 miles or so. Maybe you checked it and didn't shoot video of the passenger side wheel in the air. My 2000 doesn't have ABS so I should be able to replace my wheel bearing wither by buying a new hub with the bearing already in there or a friend of mine has a press and he can exchange "press time" for beer.....lol. I also noted no jack stands under the frame, but maybe I missed that step of the repair. All in all, very informative. Peace Out!!

My thought was that it seems to be in great shape and I actually bought all the parts and have them ready if it starts making noise on me again. I did have a jack stand under there, definitely don't want to support the whole truck with only a hydraulic jack. Thanks for watching

Liked the video. But confusing since your compare the Goodyears after them being 40k miles already to a brand new tire. Not sure how that compares. It’s like used tire with 40k miles vs brand new tire. Of course the brand new tire is going to feel better. Would like an update when the tires get to 40k miles then compare them.

Great video. I just recently came to your videos bc im going to be leveling the front of my 01 tundra soon the same way as you did. Only thing is i keep seeing the different videos with the stock uca. Im planning on replacing mine with one that goes with a lift like that so my ubj is not so flexed in that position. Its bad for that and the suspension especially putting those new shocks on the front. Id look into it. Ive found some on Amazon for decent price around $100 for both with pretty good reviews. Anyways just thought id give advice on that and thanks for the awesome videos! Keep doing what you're doing and posting them!
