A lovey video, given me lots of ideas, but please could you tell me what was the final plant Katy used? Try as I might I couldn't work out what she was saying. Thank you. Just a tip - it would be very helpful if you could possibly give a plant list in the comment section. It's ok the presenters naming the plants with long winded names, but not so ok for us trying to guess the spelling!😁 Thank you so much💐

As long as your top layer is always carbon layer at least 3 inches thick it should keep most mammals out the compost (If your composting in the city I would recommend putting 1/4" chicken wire between your bin/heap and the soil and keep a cover over the pile)

You can also add toliet/paper towel rolls, used tissues & paper towels, paper mail, envelopes, coffee grounds, and more.

Minimum rake out is 25mm deep and much easier and an awful less dust by using the Irwin mortar rake with a dust extractor/hoover connected. Lastly, I use that mortar chariot on lime mortar and not on cement mortar. Apart from that, spot on.
