Hold on, wouldn't Krypton's Red sun still exist? And thus wouldn't the Kryptonite be rendered harmless?

If Superman went to find the remains of Krypton, wouldn't he know it would be just a giant debris field of Kryptonite? It seems like he could piece that together.

Attention everyone of earth and the universe. Lay down your weapons. Everyone unites. And I know u r asking yourselves how do we quantify it? What do we call ourselves? Call yourselves people of Love. That is the one thing we can all unite on. Even the devil probably just wants love for being kicked out. Time for all prodigal children to return home. Leave your swords at the door. Peace is the way. This is how we do it.

The Thing (1982) directed by John Carpenter and Alien (1979) directed by Ridley Scott the greatest sci-fi horror movies ever created and Aliens (1986) directed by James Cameron the greatest sci-fi action and horror movie ever created only the three of them are on the top of my list as the greatest sci-fi movies ever created and i consider all three of them the greatest sci-fi movies ever created as well:).

Loved for this to have been the opening. Seeing Krypton in ruins would have been a good setup for Brainiac, as he would've possibly been somewhere near and receiving the signature of another Kryptonian.

That scene was powerful and it explains what he found in his planet. It should of kept it in the movie. That would explain how long it took him to find his home only too find the symbol S . And destroyed no life in that planet. So much money spent not too put that scene in what a shame.
