老字号？真的吗？有人用锡纸包鸡的，咸香味进不了鸡，全靠腌料。。根本不需要盐，拿去烤箱烤就可以做出同样效果

Don't you know that's how rock salt is after high temperature? Even at home when my mom was cooking it, the salt and wok turned black after a while.
