I feel like the latency is too high, not sure how much better it could be but there were times you could definitely tell it was a bot. Even at the end when you asked a simple “what did you say your name was” it seemed to have taken way too long. Personally I think this is better for taking inbound calls than cold calling. People already don’t want to talk to another person on the phone let alone an AI. I think the technology would have to get way better before AI can keep a person on the phone.
