Hello Brock, thank you for everything you teach me. I fully dedicated myself to AIAA exactly one month ago, before that I was also instructed but I worked when I arrived, now for a month every day I have been learning and developing my agency, of course in addition to school, whenever I have time I am engaged in business, I can say that I am very satisfied and that in the first month I managed to find a potential client, the first ever, I made a call with him and he liked everything except that he needs to find people who will use the system that I offer him. I also started recording my whole process on yt but I won't advertise here, so let's see where all this will take me by the end of 2024.

Hey Brock, I absolutely love your transparency and your documented journey. Get paid upfront on this project...as a former transportation manager of over 20 years, I can confidently say I wouldn't engage with a chatbot for recruiting, I don't give a sh!t about what their agency is all about or chatting about their process and cos, and I don't value less human interaction from one of a 100 recruiting companies that reach out to me weekly. Recruiters are notoriously crap when it comes to actually providing qualified CDL drivers who are willing to leave their existing seniority and routes, and to rise above the noise they're going to need a lot more than a chatbot. Reducing their human touch may sound cool to somebody who's learning a lot about AI on KZbin but when the rubber meets the road this project has a lot of holes for your client. Get paid upfront for this great idea of theirs. You're going to put in the hard effort regardless of whether it's an actual game-changer for them or not.

Most of my leads actually come from my KZbin content! That was one of the biggest reasons why I started the channel 7 months ago. I knew as the channel grew, it would be an organic way to get the highest quality leads. Hope this helps 💪

It is completely random depending on whether I just released a video, the type of video I release, ect. I'd say I get a few discovery calls a week on average. However, it has been ramping up a little bit as the channel grows slowly!

For example, if it is a deal that is going to take a lot of time to setup, but won't need much maintenance, then I think it is crucial to charge a higher up front fee. There is always also a chance that the client wants to cancel the monthly retainer, and if you don't charge high enough upfront, the building out of the project is not worth the $ made

@@BrockMesarich you are right, but I think it is crucial to charge monthly, even if as small as 50 euros, just to make sure your client stick to your service and to update the proccesses for your solutions for them if needed.

I have a thought in my mind that when you talk to your customers you should give them a demo and then you should do that and tell them here is your AI system. Now if you use any other email of yours, the email will be sent to you through this AI system. You check it and tell whether it is responding properly or not. In the first week, see for yourself what your system is responding to and keep fine-tuning the script accordingly because when it is sent directly to the customer, he can report on it or unsubscribe or use the system AI. Can find out. Try all methods.

So basically you are saying that you want to have them test out the demo with their own email in order to fine tune it as much as possible? This is something we already do with our clients to make sure the model is as perfect as it needs to be for their use case

It depends on what you want at the end of the day. Building a personal brand for me is a long term play that I know will be probably the best business decision I can make, especially at an early age. However, it does depend on who you are as a person. I feel natural in front of a camera for whatever reason, but if you dread doing it, then maybe it is not for you. I will say, it is not easy AT ALL to stay consistent. I got lucky that I gained like 3k subs in my first 2 months, and it has been a steady growth since. Most people will get under 100 views a video for their first 50 pieces of content.. So i think it just comes down to what you enjoy, and what your goals are!

Now it seems the AI chatbot hype is going down, as people realize it's about solving real problems (which in most cases simple chatbots can't do). What's your plan in terms of AI service offers?
