Grateful for your voice Victor some of those perceived truths to who we are but are only fabricated ego armor are firmly attached .. Feels like your own skin and when that gets shredded its hecka painful.. But the more you separate from those illusions it gets a lil better each day .. I highly recommend Paul Selig's books if you want to learn a ton about this strait from the source. I had an awakening 15 years ago and have been led to his work. It has helped immensely and I have had a second, deeper awakening that continues to grow daily.

This video is very helpful. I have been on the spiritual journey since 2009. I find myself in a period of bewildering identity transformation, letting go of old ways that I thought were part of my bedrock and would be with me forever, but that have somehow faded away. And, just as you said, I'm not sure what's coming in instead. It's a period of great uncertainty. Day by day is really all I can do right now. I guess someday I'll be able to look back and understand, but for now, it's very murky. It is a great comfort to me for you to normalize this experience. It transforms it from a path of anxiety about the unknown to a path of adventure and curiosity. Many thanks.

Very interesting, the reason I am watching this is because I woke up at 3:33 am and I looked at my breathing maching for sleep apnea and the number of time usage for the night was 3:33, then in the afternoon i randomly looked at the time in my cell phone, just to see if it would happen again , and there it was again 3:33pm! I wondered what this all meant!.

My life is getting Like Harry Potter and i cant Talk about it to anyone. This is terrible to be totally Set aside :(

I’ve been in a major depressive funk for a week. Just out of the blue and it’s debilitating. None of my normal junk helps so I’m just sitting in it and working thru it. My family is so supportive and I have some amazing friends, so I’m hopeful but it’s definitely a huge shift. No fun as it is.
