How To Awaken Your Kundalini | Step By Step To A Kundalini Awakening by Victor Oddo, certified Kundalini Yoga instructor.
I had a kundalini awakening, unexpectedly, about 15 years ago during a mushroom trip. My kundalini activated very forcefully without proper preparation and consequently I had a pretty rough ride there for a few years! I created this video for those who are interested in awakening their kundalini safely.

kundalini will absolutely strip you down to your core and rebuild you... i was a pretty well balanced person when i had a spontaneous Kundalini awakening and it still made me question my sanity at times... i feel very blessed to have gone through Kundalini awakening but it wasnt easy

Agree. I’ve been alone this year with long Covid and had a spontaneous awakening. I didn’t know but bought a class that was kundalini yoga. Had no idea it was about kundalini. I’ve been on the journey since as it just opened up. It’s not easy and I’ve been into healing work my whole life. This gets down to the basics. Like untangling even the simplest stuff. Still trauma and difficult though.

@@Enigma_408 the first thing that happened to me was intense whole body tingles and then I started seeing colors and fractal patterns when my eyes were closed... but I wasn't sure what was happening till I woke up one night and felt the heat that only happens with Kundalini... it feels like your bones are red hot but it's not painful

@@Enigma_408 it can be difficult to deal with everyday life when Kundalini energy flares up but not impossible... Kundalini energy cannot be controlled and if you try to resist it you will have horrible ascension symptoms

I also did mushrooms while activating kundalini and a lot of breathing and meditating. It’s been a hell of a roller coaster these past two years. As many in the comments mention, it felt like I was losing my mind. Even to this day I feel an intense energy vibrating up and down my chest and head, and pressure in my forehead. Its not always pleasant and my work/life has changed drastically but at times I get overwhelmed by bliss. It’s also extremely difficult almost painful to do anything that doesn’t line up with this energy. Hard to put into words but those who know will understand. Thank you Victor! Much love.

one of the most important things for me was sexual transmutation, semen retention was key for me, thing is kundalini is really powerful and if your bodys not ready for it can be damaging but by far the most blissfull experience ive ever had.

I think maybe this is why I don't like labels; once a label is attached , a level of importance is then attached. Maybe if we just look at everything at a unique, woderous experience and not try to give everything a sense of importance or lack there of... we will see the balance in the moment. Just a thought. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

However as I reread that I am aware of the fact that labels and words are necessary for communication but the dilemma still exists 😅

I had a Kundalini rising in 2008 while sitting with a spiritual master. I had been meditating for 12 years by this point. It was blissful but horrible for my body as the energy got stuck in my shoulder area. I had unbelievable muscle tension in this area for many years, many physical symptoms and emotional rollercoasters for many years. In the end it forces you to face all your shadows, this never stops - but eventually you are getting more and more into balance and enjoying the fruits of it. But it can be really tough. The whole spiritual journey is tough because so much unconscious stuff has to come up. It's worthwhile and I don't believe there is much of a choice. If you are drawn to spirit you will activate your kundalini energy anyway if you feel it intensely or not. There is no need for extreme techniques in my opinion. But everybody is drawn to what's somehow right for them. Just trust your process. Becoming more and more conscious about yourself and striving for balance in your life, in your health, in your relationships, in everything will keep you grounded. Don't get lost in any experience - meaning detach yourself from your low states and your blissed out ones. If we focus on compassion, love, kindness, integrity, transforming our shadows, we are naturally awakening more and more fully. And our lives will reflect this transformation, too - in a very positive way. Much love to everyone

Keep posting. This has an amazing effect on the worlds collective knowledge on this very necessary (in my opinion, I think everyone eventually has a kundalini.) If after death, I enter back into kundalini energy, I’d be perfectly content with that. Maybe I will be able to simeultaneously experience everyone’s kundalini experience at once. It feels like an acid trip physically, electric, loving infinite energy. And was able to get psychedelic thoughts when smoking weed (which is rare for me when not in kundalini vibration) why am I rambling? No person (me) would like to read this 😂 comment your experience below ⬇️ 😂god ❤wants 😊to listen ❤

Does it feel like the inside of your body is burning? It's been happening all year and it's accompanied by powerful personality changes and deep soul searching. I feel it mostly on my left side. It doesn't go through the center. Its stuck, and my conscious mind is usually too strong to work with the unconsciousness so i simply perceive it as intense emotional energy inside my body. After watching your video I realized I'm experiencing Kundalini for sure and that's why I just don't feel like the same person I've always been.

I've done kundalini and the kabbalah tree since I was 31. Why should anyone get into this if they don't have to? I'm sure your aware how stressful kundalini can get. People ask me about it and I tell them. Some even get scared off about doing it after I tell them. It's like why put yourself through hell when you don't need to. I lost years of having fun cause I needed to deal with my spiritual awakening and then doing the kabbalah tree. It's not my fault though that Pluto is transiting my ascendant sign Capricorn, witch helped start my process of spiritual awakening in 2008. Go opening up your chakra corralating to the planet Saturn is extremely horrid and can be awful to a point that one wants to off themselves due to the vice. One needs to study study study and study cultural religious anthropology, occultism, stoic philosophy and one's Natal chart intensely before diving into spiritual awakening. If you can't do that before it happens on its own, then start studying this stuff while it's happening. Do not go into spiritual awakening a blind individual if you don't need to. The more you know, the more control you can have while the process is happening. People who tell you that you can't, are full of it.

I used to follow this channel actively. I never took down the notifications cause I just stopped watching it and didn't think anything more of it. I will fix that today. No hard feelings-but this whole deal is Kundalini spirit stuff. Not good and you definitely don't want any part of it. No disrespect but truth be told. This will have you opening stuff without alcohol or drugs that can really ruin a person's spirit away from God.

I would just like to say anyone's choice to turn from God had nothing to do with "spirituality" or words used in its practice. It was something much deeper. I hope you don't take this as an attack on your beliefs, I just want others to understand the otherside. God is bigger than any one experience.

Thank you for this video, Victor. The last time I was able to activate my kundalini energy was about 2.5 years ago while I was sitting in a bar filming myself having a mental breakdown (I do not suggest this approach to others). I remember feeling like my spine had suddenly been struck by lightning.. after that many things happened, one of my favorites being that I regained a sense of mental clarity that I thought had been lost forever. I have very much missed that feeling. Sending you & your family lots of love!❤❤❤

Back in 2010/2011 I worked really hard on my wellbeing and got kundalini psychoses for one month; chaos fear and other insecurities came to surface. That was really tough on me, pretty much shredded all my ego pain in these times. Picking up after myself and slowly becoming calm and concious again. Total kundalini fountain states of bliss where absolutely lovely experiences. Kundalini is not for everyone, it can be extremely difficult but when you work trough it it's very worth the effort. May your cup be filled with everything you need in this life! ♡

I used hero doses of mushrooms to clean my lower chakra. It took my many months to understand that I was going through kundalini awakening. So much psychological, spiritual and physiological pain. Now I work with my kundalini and use micro doses during the week days to help me go through it and hero doses once a month to go deeper into where the kundalini is stuck. It’s so many layers to clean and clear. Sometimes I wonder if it ever stops.

With the help of Victor's videos a few years ago I realized I wasn't just going through a spiritual awakening but rather a kundalini awakening. In the middle of the night my body would shimmy with energy coming up through my spine. The movement reminded me of a mermaid swimming up from the water! Eventually I found a book at the library about the author's kundalini awakening. I found such clarity and validation in that book. I was going through what this author went through. My kundalini came on without me realizing but hit me like a ton of bricks in the most painful and best way possible : )
