Spinach is high in oxalic acid. Organic cilantro is so much better and takes out those nasty metals and pesticides. If you can drink your juices within five minutes, you’ll feel a huge difference in vitality.

I used to work out when I was younger. I always rested every two days. But back in 2015 I had a bad viral pneumonia that destroyed my lungs. I'm at 50 precent on my pft lung capacity test. But I started doing calisthenics again after 20 years. I started about two months ago. Doing just 30 push ups a day. I have worked out every day since then. I'm up to 150 push-ups a day 6×25 then I started doing 3 x15 of 30 pound dumbbell single arm preacher curls. 2x25 crunchs then the next day I do shoulders and triceps. Dumbell presses triceps raises ,dips lateral front and side raises. I do 3 sets of ten of each of those.on my shoulder days I still do 50 puships right now. My goal his to get were I'm doing 500 push ups and 500 crunchs . Two days rest a day. Not all in a row. I used to do that I wojld do set of 50 on push up. But is good to be working like that everyday. I've separated my muscle groups wheni incorporated weighted workouts. But I alternate days on which muscle group I mainly focus on.

Hey Ryan. Are you lacto-vegetarian?
@MinusTheGym8 күн бұрын
Hey there. No, I eat a whole food plant based diet, which completely omits dairy. Some people would say vegan, but I don’t like that term because I avoid processed foods like the plague. Most vegans embrace processed foods. And I’m a bit of a “cheagan” because I’ll cheat now and then and have sushi. Lol

Can you use your regular coffee machine or do you have to use a french press?
@MinusTheGym8 күн бұрын
Yeah, a regular coffee machine would probably work. Just make sure to get the proportions of regular:herbal correct because I imagine they’d differ from what I mentioned in the video for French presses. Good luck!

Do not touch oats as they contain Avenin which is a gluten like substance. They increase your blood sugar levels. In Singapore, they withdrew the drinks in cartons called Oatley. It resulted in 59 employees losing their job. People came to realise that oats is bad.

First let me tell you that I liked the video. Second, I went for a year ! I repeat, for a year ! eating a plant diet, and i was a MESSSSSSS. Right when I put back some meat in my system, it was heaven for my skin, hair, and "balls" lol. Seriously man, not everyone is like you. My girl, no worries, goes without meat for month, a little bit for vitamin B12 here and there and she is fine ! Me, that's another story ! So she is a blood type A right. Blood type A according to the dr D'addario who invented the blood type regime says that this is the blood type of vegans and vegetarians, they take b12 and they are fine. I'm a B+ and like AB's we are rare and need MEATTTTT. The O's as well. So I'm not talking about the bible here, it's just another way of "seeing" things like they're is TONES of them. But everything is not just black and white, people are different. Anyways I'm glad you feel good and keep up feeling good for the rest of your life bro.
@MinusTheGym12 күн бұрын
Thanks! I appreciate the comment. I agree, we can all have unique metabolic differences and requirements. But I am curious what your plant based diet was like. I find too many “vegans” are leaning on processed foods instead of truly embracing them whole food aspect, but who knows maybe you did it right. I’m glad the blood type diet is working for you 👍

@@MinusTheGym I live in Paris and I have acess to wonderful organic food, I did it super right and I don't eat processed food even today ! But the only real truth is that what works for me won't necessary work for you. A guy catches the flu and die with a good immune system and another one with a shitty one survives, go figure...

I heard about internal obliques when reading a tutorial on deadbugs, but no matter how much I re-read that tutorial, or asked for advice online and in-person from a trainer, I never quite succeeded in figuring out where exactly they are or how to engage them correctly. I'm just hoping they get targeted in some way.

Curious if you’re still off caffeine in the colder months? How’s that going??
@MinusTheGym16 күн бұрын
I’m off coffee still but getting some caffeine most days from various minor sources. This could be raw cacao powder in my smoothie, the occasional mushroom hot chocolate from Ryze Superfoods, sometimes their matcha instead, or the odd GT’s synergy kombucha. They all have anywhere from about 15-30 mg of caffeine, so it’s quite a small amount compared to what I used to consume. I still feel good and balanced so I’ll do this for now and probably go 100% clean again in the spring.

I used to do the ball balance when I was going to the gym before the pandemic started. Since I already had a good balance a strong core, I would start by holding on the rail on the wall and then slowly take my hands off the rail as I got better.
