My penpal and her daughters had only just listed their home for sale when the ground floor suddenly had an indoor water feature. Thankfully her home was repaired and eventually sold.

Totally agree with you on nosey people who don’t know the full situation etc. It’s crazy what people do, was hit by a man while needing to get on the bus last week. Just exhausted at times. I eat a lot of McDonald’s as it’s easy and cheaper to other places. I have too many points too. I did cook a pizza yesterday which was yummy but spiked my blood sugar levels. It has fallen during the night. I struggle most days.

Just wanted to let you know that you don’t need to pre cook the frozen veggies for the fried rice, just put them in the wok/frypan with the rice, and they’ll be done in a couple of minutes. 😊

I love cottage pie, which is one of my favourite things for dinner. But I won’t put peas in it. It is one of the meals that I’ll be making this week and will also do a beef casserole in my slow cooker.

One of my favourites is cheese burger pasta, and chow mien I use either a continental mix or there is good recipes online with 2 minute noodles or rice.

I just bought one but it's sooooo hot!
