There is really no need to remove the inner fender separately, the whole fender assembly can be removed with the inner fender still bolted onto it. Other than that, good video and clearly showed all the bolt locations which other videos fail to clearly show.

I have discovered that using a wrench for removing the carrier works pretty well, I used a wrench on one of the Ring Gear Bolts and turned the Carrier unit until the wrench is touching the differential housing, the I turned the pinion Yoke on the Carrier pushed itself out. Tried to remove it with two large pry bars before that and one of them slipped out of place Clunking Me Up Side My Head! 😮. No Fun!

I have a sweet Cat 225blc I bought in 1997. Never had one issue with engine. Knock on wood. Still runs today. If it ever goes...what should I do? I like the machine. It's tough and reliable. What would it cost me to replace and from where? Looks like you fellers are knuckle busters and know what life is about. I salute you

The shackle flip on those add about 4", the best thing for ride quality is to use actual shocks instead of the lift shock that Rancho and Skyjacker sell, those are only dampeners, they destroy ride quality. Use the factory length shocks off the mid to late 90's Chevy truck, like off a 96, on the front, use the factory rear off of like a 1977 Chevy truck, I have always gone a step up and used either Gabriel or Monroe overload shocks with the extra coils, night and day difference in ride quality

Hej grabbar.
