Hi Chris, I just wanted to give you a shout out and a big thanks. I just finished installing my ORD brace kit in my 78 K10 Scottsdale. I watched your video a few times and went out and did it. It worked like a charm and wasn't too hard to do. I very much appreciate you Sir. MK

I am having a problem finding a kit to relocate my steering box on my 2003 Chevrolet Astro Van. Can you tell me where I can order one? I am sure I am either not looking in the right places or have the kit I am looking for. I could be looking it up with the wrong words. help please?

Great video, question, would it be possible to run a straight drag link? I know the one from ord has a bend in it but wondering if that’s necessary. Also, did you use the pitman arm ord supplied?
@Offroadfarm12 жыл бұрын
You should be able to run a straight drag link. The bent drag link is required if you are doing crossover steering on a 4wd. But I would check with ORD just to be sure. Just give them a call, they are very helpful over the phone if you have any questions. Yes I did use the pitman arm from ORD, it was part of a lift kit I ordered from them. Thanks for watching!

If your frame is cracked then you need to use the weld on frame repair kit. www.offroaddesign.com/weld-on-frame-repair-kit-for-73-91-gm-trucks.html If your frame is not cracked or you have already repaired it then you want to use this brace kit to help prevent any new cracks. Thanks for watching!

What truck and year is that kit for
@Offroadfarm12 жыл бұрын
My truck is a 87 chevy crewcab 1 ton. The kit is good for 81-91 depending on the model. Here is a link to the kit from Offroad Design www.offroaddesign.com/bolt-in-steering-box-brace-for-81-91-gm-4wd-trucks.html They also kits for other years. Thanks for watching!
