Usually, greatness has to have a fundamental quality. I don't believe having the ability to play several people blindfolded is taught. Being Homo Sapiens Urbanus' probably is paramount. In music; only a few people have 'perfect pitch', so Laszlo must be talking about those who already have...as analogy; 'perferct pitch '.

What do you do when your work day at a warehouse starts at 5 am. You make minimum wage so two massages a year are a stretch? This book is nice and all and I’m sure people who go to work at five could rearrange their day yet it’s a lot to ask when in survival mode. Any suggestions?

This is why summaries are excellent. Self-help books are often repackaged ideas, combined with common sense, and practical advice. Manage your time. Exercise. Eliminate distractions. Be more self-aware. How? The most obvious ways you would do that. Like this tidbit, " turn off your phone, go for a walk, read and meditate". Thanks for saving me 20 bucks. I don't need to be told how to get up and take basic care of myself. This is like "Everybody poops" for adults.

How do I pull this off with kids. My morning is spent trying to get everyone to where they aree supposed to be . No time for me. I dont even get privacy to use the restroom. The only time I get is after they go to bed so I stay up late . I've tried the reverse and kids just get up earlier

Okay i keep seeing eliminate distractions so I get rid of kids and husband😂just kidding but genuinely want to know how many of u that do this have small children and what is the secret. I've already lost myself I'm really trying for my children's sake to be the best version of me.

I had read only a third of the book before I found this, and I had already read every point you made. Goes to show how repetitive that book is. The only problem is that for my essay, I need to quote the book, so I have to resd the whole thing.

I thought this book was mainly focused on morning routines, but what I've learned from this summary it's all about productivity. I think the author could of chosen a better name for the book. Anyways thanks for the good summary 👍🙏😊

Your 5am is my 3am and your 9am is my lunch break. Your 5pm is my 7pm . We’re not the same. Then afterwards its family time and if Im working on a project there’s no sleep until 10 or 12. That leaves 3 hours of sleep, 5 if Im being selfish. Some folks have no idea what it takes for you to have a comfortable lifestyle.

Bill Gates plagiarized and used unethical business strategies in order to get MS to become nº1. Einstein was also a plagiarist and you could find more examples of this type. So all the other factors mentioned may be correct but cheating can also be added to the mix. Bill Gates and Albert Einstein might have great minds, they may be talented and so on, but if on top of that they cheat on their way up to success, imagine the incredible advantage it'll give them. Let's not forget that.

I love these motivational writers. Apparently you wake up in your training clothes or in the gym. No prep time or travel time. Then no shower or getting dressed. Straight into journaling and reflecting 😂😂 I know I’m being pedantic. But most of this stuff is nonsense. James clear Atomic habits is evidence based. Go for that and form your own habits. There are heaps of CEO’s who have never mediated in their lives 🙄
