Now if I should apply for visa in the country am in and am above 30 and grad student, and unmarried, how will I present these home ties factor? I have my mum and brother left in the Nigeria and I al have a land shared to me by my kindred.

Though I have no intention of coming to Canada with d kids for now but to get them join me later. My fear is that I no disclosing that he stays at d US can be a red flag.
