Study visas are judged on individual merits. If you make a good application and write a good study plan for your visa application, along with all other relevant documents, you stand a good chance of approval

sometimes yes, other times, no it depends on the conditions of the scholarship.

Will be challenging with low CGPA as schools have minimum CGPA requirements for all programs
