Wenatchee, Washington, is a vibrant hub with something for everyone. Here’s what makes it stand out: • Proximity to Iconic Spots • Just 30 minutes from Leavenworth, a Bavarian-style village with year-round festivals. • Close to the Gorge Amphitheater, one of the world’s most scenic concert venues. • Near Mission Ridge Ski Resort, offering top-notch skiing and snowboarding. • A short drive to Lake Chelan, a stunning 50-mile-long glacial lake. • Outdoor Adventures • Wenatchee’s Apple Capital Loop Trail is a 22-mile path for biking, running, and walking along the Columbia River. • The area is known for its Bigfoot lore, with reported sightings and mysterious tracks in nearby forests. • Sports and Recreation • Home to active communities for pickleball, racquetball, and handball, with facilities for all skill levels. • Affordable Living • Median home prices are lower than the Washington state average, making it an attractive place to live. • Lowest power costs in the nation thanks to abundant hydroelectric power from the Columbia River. • Perfect Weather • Over 200 sunny days a year, blending warm summers with snowy winters for year-round recreation. Wenatchee offers a mix of adventure, affordability, and charm, making it a standout destination in the Pacific Northwest.

@LivinginNCW 21 күн бұрын
Hi there, Yes Google will tell you 35K, but that is just in the city limits. The whole valley and surrounding area is closer to 120K. I use that number because it reflects more on the different amenities the area has, which wouldn't be possible if the city was only 35K. The valley is divided into two different counties so it's difficult to get all the numbers from one spot.

Zero percent rates 2008-2022 allowed the already rich to start buying everything under the sun that wasnt nailed down: stocks, bonds, businesses, apartment buildings and all kinds of real estate driving up prices. Biden raised the rates but Trump is bound to go back to zero percent rates, if only cause we can t afford the interest on the Federal debt at any interest rate. So expect things to get worse in 2025. Are you sure you were in ellensburg when you wrote and filmed this? I moved here from seattle 9 years ago because I could not afford it. I don't know where I am going to move when my lease runs out. You got it all wrong in so many ways. so much so that I was actually pissed off by the end of your video. I like living here I like ellensburg. but your sugarcoat almost make me sick. the winters are either mild or incredibly brutal. one or the other. the wind and the summer is literally like a convection oven. I am not sure where anyone is going to escape the wind except to drive far from the city. If people are commuting to and from seattle to work I have not met any of them. The road conditions on i-90 make this impossible between the pass in the winter and the ever occurring traffic problems from road work in every other season. a couple of glaring examples among many. I know you have to sell your market but come on. I think you need to come back and make another video. You got so much wrong. and finally, you need to rely a whole lot less on RF photography and a whole lot more on images of ellensburg, the actual place

Sorry, I missed the reply. A properly designed flat roof is a popular method of snow management. In mountainous areas, even pitched rooves have snow retention bars. Ice and snow shedding off rooves can be dangerous and is alot of work to clean up. If you are having problems with flat rooves, figure out who the builder was and avoid their products.

It should be.......never buy an older home if you don't want to do the work of restoring it. In reality you can buy and older home ( always do your research so you know what you are really getting ) and do updates and repairs over time that will add thousands of dollars to the value of the home above what you spent doing the update/repair. In the end you will have a property worth many thousands more than you paid for it.

Washington State is suffering from the “Wokes That Line The Coast” syndrome. Stupid high prices, Stupid Governmental Policies that foster everything from overpriced housing, over burdensome crime and an elitist Governor/government that’s determined to make everyone a helpless victim of it. The houses at the “median price point” are often unlivable shacks. My personal experience: I have a 3bd, 2bh, 3 story solid brick home in Indiana and the “Indiana value” is 150 K. If that house was here in Spokane (not even in the insane Seattle market) it would be priced at an unaffordable 700K - THIS is the state of the state of Washington. The commenter that said, “Millionaires surrounded by Homeless” wasn’t wrong.
