Where can I find some egg cluster molds? All that I've been able to find is the small 5 egg clusters, and that's not what I want. Can you point me in the right direction, please..
@VIPOutdoors118 сағат бұрын
These are not a commercial mold. All of our molds are custom designed and cut for us. Took a lot of time and resources to get developed and produced.

I noticed that a lot of KZbinr videos melting plastisol are not wearing PPE… What brand of plastisol non-toxic) are you using? 👀☠️👃🏻
@VIPOutdoors18 күн бұрын
I personally only don't wear PPE when I do a video so I can be understood. During that video, I make sure my area is well ventilated. If you are melting plastic, I highly suggest using PPE. I will work on a better way to do this. Good call out.

The main problem I have with Edge Rods is their customer service. After waiting for 4 months and didn’t get the rod I order decided to go a different route. Cancelled order and was told my refund is going to be about a month out ok. 2 mouths later nothing emailed Edge nothing no reply. Called in multiple times nothing and when I finally got a hold of them they said pay roll is not there at the moment huh. It’s been 3 mouths and Edge rods still haven’t refunded my money. Really disappointed as I had high hopes in the company.

Good info Pro. I have 10 edge rods now. They’re all really nice. Great action on them. I only wish they had a little more stout guides on them. They get folded over easily when you get coho quadruples and there’s rods laying everywhere. I do switch back to xtra heavy okuma SST at buoy 10 and upriver deep water because my 1065s are just cranked over in heavy current with 16s or 20s and I don’t like it. lol. It’s probably fine but fighting a heavy fish with all that gear and less power in the rod isn’t quite what I like. Maybe I’ll try 1066 I don’t know. First things first. Gotta get my Suzuki fixed. We found a crap trap with the prop last month and it’s very broken now 😢
@VIPOutdoors114 күн бұрын
One thing to consider. When I was fishing the 1066's we did break fish off when 360 fishing. Mainly on aggressive bites. The shock was absorbed into the leader opposed to the rod.

When you are making your own soft plastic bait. You can use the excess soft plastic bait to make more of the product. And I have been making my own soft plastic bait for fishing for myself for about 3 years.

Never use water. Just straight ice . When you use water, you lose flavor
@VIPOutdoors129 күн бұрын
Interesting. Do you use crushed ice or cubed. Does it make a difference? I just feel like cubed could jamb up my mixer.
@jameskoehn433129 күн бұрын
NO , I USE Ice cold Water and i try and keep the temp under 40°f that's when mixing .... after smoking i just put it on ice covered. When you put it in water thats where you loose flavor. @@VIPOutdoors1

Hello Pro, is there anyway you could do a video on how to know how much line to let out while trolling with lead to get the depth where the fishfinfer is showing the salmon to be? Like if the fishfinder is showing fish at 20ft and your trolling 2.1 with 65 braided line and 20oz lead how much would you let out? Im not good with math and this all is very confusing to me lol. Thank you for any help!!
