Cutting your salmon into steaks is a great way to make sure there is no waist and also makes for a great presentation.
Cut your salmon into 1" thick steaks.
Season with salt. Make sure to dry brine and bring to room temperature. Then shake in seasoned flower. The sauce will put everything over the top delicious. We hope you enjoy this recipe of Coho Salmon we caught at Buoy 10 while fishing for Chinook and Coho.
Seasoned flower mix
-1/2 cup flower
-1 TBSP seasoned salt
Sauce
-1 stick butter
-1TBSP Dijon mustard
-1/2 Lemon juice
-1TBSP Blackened seasoning.
