You’re enthusiasm to know the truth is admirable but as a cradle TRADITIONAL CATHOLIC I struggled with my faith during the late 1960s and during that ECUMENICAL COUNCIL of JOHN XX111 knew nothing of the changes in VATICAN 2 until later in life, and like many Catholics was stuck with The NOVUS ORDO and eventually came back to TRADITION and I would strongly recommend to you to look into. I do know that for myself I will FOLLOW TRADITION as I have seen all the changes and have come to the FULlLNESS of the FAITH in TRADITION only and I will remain in that for rest of my life! I'm friends with someone that has manic its difficult at times because her and I clash at times between seeing things from each others perspective sometimes.

I will say, when Jesus told the original disciples to follow Him...He was there IN PERSON. It's a lot easier to follow someone you can see in the flesh and hear auditorily. If the 12 struggled with Jesus RIGHT THERE, how much more we who go only on faith need help to prepare and understand. I love the idea of RCIA and overall the way Catholicism values making sure people know how serious joining the church is. Many people I know (they're mostly free will baptists) preach "believe (feel good feelings about Jesus), get baptized, and it'll fall into place," but especially before baptism, you should understand the covenants you're making. You are making ETERNAL commitments. As someone who has been brainwashed to believe Catholicism is satanic (and a detail-loving autistic history nerd), I really long to learn as much as possible because since doing my own research and attending a daily mass, I truly think Catholicism has it correct. And that mass was the first time I have felt peace in so long. I was even able to close my eyes for more than 3 seconds without having a panic attack.

We think about Christians specially people that are very judgmental. They’re always calling something demonic and judging constantly so there’s nothing demonic about the rosary. It’s a prayer and reflecting on the life of Jesus is nothing wrong with it and Mary is to be honored. She’s not worship, but she, the Bible does speak about her being honored, and she’s blessed among women.

Dude…I love 2024, when we can share things like this. I’ve always been full of answers (and also questions). I also have bipolar 1 disorder. I think my partner misses my untreated mania…lol. At least, these parts of it. He was not at all there for the grand schemes that were not gonna have any negative consequences…not for me. 😉. Nor the pressured speech and volumes of texts, either. I will remind him of that, next time he misses the “fun, spontaneous, and energetic” me. I still experience hypomania and stuff like that, but it was on a whole other level. I got through college, because of the hypergraphia. I would do crazy things, so much of the time, but make up a lot of schoolwork really fast! A lot of my hypergraphia has just been channeled into journaling and writing lyrics, or theory (not related to any required homework). Thanks for the info about pupil dilation! That explains why I was pulled over and given alcohol tests and had to walk the line, completely sober, and have been drug tested a lot, at the doctor’s office. I have even had a whole battle over inaccurate notation on my medical records, because my GP wrote “Substance Use Disorder-Continuous” on my medical records, after testing me every time I came in with any symptom, for 4 years, and getting all negative results. This helps me understand why so many people have jumped to that conclusion that I’m using or have relapsed, even though I’m in very long-term recovery. I am also very able to shut off attraction to anyone but my partner, which he has a hard time believing, because I am so physically attracted to him. It’s hard, sometimes, to understand why normal (or non-bipolar) people react to me the way they do, because I am just me, everyday. Thank you so much for sharing your experience. This has been extremely helpful. I don’t know why, but all the first bipolar channels I found were created by men, and had me questioning if my diagnosis was even accurate, or what was going on. I know this video is old, but i have to say it. Compatibility in this area is a real thing. Ive been married for five years, we were both virgins when we got married. It has been a source of much, much frustration. HOWEVER, that doesnt mean we shouldnt have waited. What it means is that we work through it. A big part of the problem is a lack of education on this topic and an unwillingness to talk about it. Parents, especially, need to be more open with their young adult children who have marriage on the horizon. Believe it or not, there is an art to the act that has to be learned. If you're not taught some basics by someone like a parent, it will cause possibly serious marital issues in the future. Not everyone makes it through unscathed.

The perpetual virginity of Mary is an attempt to diafy Mary.
