Thanks to the guy (apologies I can’t remember his name) for bringing up the fact that people with auto immune diseases often benefit from less of a plant based diet. I was diagnosed with Crohns this year and I have been reading up about following the protocol for leaky gut. This is such a better way than taking immunosuppressants and should be pushed as a better alternative to those with autoimmune diseases l. I feel a downward spiral for many who just take these pills without thinking of the long term side effects, when instead a treatment through diet is better. It’s much better to treat the cause than the symptoms

I'm with you... let's get all the wealthiest folks to help change farming practices so Grass fed free range etc. is no longer exclusive to those who can afford to pay for it. Food in the US has become toxic and completely overlooked. Affordable Healthy food should be number 1 in this country!!😊
