@@summersworld1120 if you want to know if it works you should get up and try it yourself...of course any excercise or physical activity you do is "going to work"... but its up to you how much you put into it.

I think any just changes the workout depending on what you have. I have 2 smaller 5 lb soft balls and I just do one in each hand.

Now I'm not one to criticize much but I know proper form, when you do a pushup. Don't push the idea of "girl pushup". You take your body down to the floor and go back up using your arms and keep them damn knees off the ground

Yall I think Abe meant your as in the viewers, not her and he's right, toning your muscle is only going to do so much. If you are a big person trying to lose belly fat you need to diet and cardio. Muscle training helps but unless you're looking to be a body builder and train for hours every day it won't help much for (mainly women) who are trying to lose 30+ pounds waistline.
