It is an emulation of the Ibanez artist that had the filter switches 2916 model of the Ibanez artist? Even the body styles similar. If it sounds anything like the artist, then it will be a great sounding guitar. However, the Yamaha name is it major Flaw. They are known for making excellent drum hardware and some excellent drum sets. However, Yamaha has always been received kind of like Ernie ball as a second tier guitar that most people don’t want to have because of the nameplate. however, if you want a super versible guitar with a different nameplate like say Ibanez, the artist is better than your best alternative. It is the less Paul killer but you need to get the 1976 model because after that the neck is different it’s not the same guitar as far as playability.?

The only reason non fender offset probably won't be as popular as the real fender offsets, is because of the headstock.

Yes. Don't hear black shuck very often. Nice. I hope Marshall get back to where they were. Really went downhill in recent years.

ESP Japan is the best... Well until recently. I Love my Edwards E-EN-ARC, but they don't make anything like it anymore. Unique body shape you can't get anywhere else and 4 pickup configuration (SC/HB + SC/HB) but now ESP has reduced to selling the same thing as everyone else. Hatsune Miku is the only one they're taking a chance on since there's no artist to pay.

I have a Heritage H-150 Std., non-aged in dirty lemon burst. It’s a really nice guitar, but I can’t say I would choose one over a Gibson USA model LP. I have 5 Gibsons and they’re all great guitars. I also have 2 Eastman SB59’s and they are absolutely amazing instruments. Gibson is my favorite because they’re such an iconic brand, but Eastman is definitely my favorite in terms of quality and playability. Heritage would be third.

As an Engl Savage owner its VERY VERY Worth it, but playing Metallica or Pantera on it is a serious disservice.

Releasing a production King Kelly is wild😮 I basically never even knew that shape existed until I enquired about making a Custom Select and saw it in the list of body options (Ended up going with a normal Kelly). Love this thing and I’m glad Jackson are still pushing with the pointy guitars and improving specs. Those prices though… 😩 Medium/medium plus range axes under 1000€ are rare. Forget about Korean models as well.

I think the Joe Bonamassa signature line is kind of just an excuse for Gibson/Epiphone to do interesting historical stuff they have no reason to release otherwise. Like if they released this as “a replica of a NAMM showpiece guitar from ‘55” it wouldn’t sell nearly as much.

I mean they started off making instruments (pianos) so i imagine they still know how to do that. Thats why their logo is 3 tuning forks.

Intonation and tuning seems to be better on more expensive guitars, plus the feel.

The ability to move pickups between guitars is attractive. You can change tuning without changing sound. However, there are so many other ways to accomplish the same task, like just buying two of them.
