I love the 2 check ins we do first at the beginning and then the 2nd one after the practice. I start out cloudy and by the 2nd check in, I see white pillars of light shooting straight up from my spine to the top of my head! Thank you Andrew, amazing practice!

Thank you so much Andrew. This was really beautiful! Your practices give me so much joy and lightness. Could you tell me if it's normal to experience intense shaking in the body during some of these poses? What is it?
@RefeelYoga4 ай бұрын
Hello Diona, thank you! I'm so glad to know you have enjoyed this class 🥰 Regarding the shaking, yes, this is a common experience, especially in the beginning. It often happens as a result of the body naturally releasing tensions caused by things such as trapped emotions, stress, trauma or other energetic blockages. It is one of the more gross effects of the practice and usually goes away in time. The most important thing is to let it happen naturally, without restricting or promoting it. Often people find the shaking pleasant and can get attached to it, thinking it is a sign of success, when in reality it is something that happens in the early stages of one's practice, or with new practices. It will naturally subside over time, as your energy becomes less gross and more subtle. So for now, just witness it as it happens, without making it any bigger or smaller than it is 💗

Since it endocrine related can it help hypothyroid?
@RefeelYoga15 күн бұрын
For hypothyroid, I would more recommend a practice focusing on Vishuddha Chakra. You can find a Vishuddha collection here: refeelyoga.com/catalog/search?catalog_filter_7826=39594

I decided to do this flow because it is one hour 11 minutes and 11 seconds (1:11:11). Everone has to close there eyes, it's just terrible, all the jumps of the camera. But the reason I don't like this class is the very loud music at the end. Why put music so loudly in Shivasana I had to stop the video - I did not enjoy it - I hope that in the future there will be better videos.
@RefeelYoga4 ай бұрын
@@ASRonen You're the first one to complain about this. Thank you for your feedback dear. As I mentioned in the beginning of the video, I had something go wrong with the one camera while I was filming. I tried my best to edit out as much for the standing shots as I could. Unfortunately I couldn't completely fix it 😔 It's good that you kept your eyes closed as much as possible - this is actually one of the best things you can do during practice anyways. As for the music, thank you for letting me know! I always edit with high quality headphones on, and it doesn't necessarily give me the best representation of what the experience will be like for those listening out of speakers. I will try to do better next time 🙏
@ASRonen4 ай бұрын
@@RefeelYoga As I wrote, my problem was the intensity of the music - I can't relax and accept everything the class gave with the calmness and breathing and then that music doesn't necessarily (in this case necessarily NOT) match the rhythm of my heart and breathing. I closed my eyes - this was necessary to enjoy and flow, but the music destroyed me - there are other very sensitive people and I'm sure they just moved on to the next video and decided not to respond - that a person responds means that he cares
@RefeelYoga4 ай бұрын
@@ASRonen Ahh okay! I understand better now. Thank you so much! This music has a resonance with Sahasrara, the Crown Chakra, which is not uncommon to make people uncomfortable. The state of consciousness which is aims to provoke can be quite intimidating when it is unfamiliar. It's okay, you're definitely not alone in this feeling then 💝 Thank you for sharing more with me. I'm glad it wasn't a volume issue. Have a wonderful day dear 🙏

While the most challenging for me yet, I loved it. No complaints here. Don’t change a thing! ❤
