In my very first class with you and Clelia, I had a revelation that Kundalini yoga truly resonated with me. At first, I misheard and thought you said ‘Eagle Eradicator!’ which I found way cool. But once I learned the actual term, I was even more intrigued. That class, and especially this technique, filled me with such incredible energy that I was instantly hooked! Namaste

Dear Andrew The ego eradicator was the very first kundalini kriya that I got to know a few years ago. Since then it accompined me through out my yoga practice and I really love it.
