Thank you so much for another great class. I was carrying a lot of tension in the upper body and this class definitely helped a great deal, feeing much calmer and more fluid afterwards. Thanks again for all you do, and all the best 🙏

I always hold stress & tension in my shoulders I had neck pain prior to this & afterwards I felt freer and more grounded, I know I have released stuck energy in my body thank you for this wonderful class 🙏🏼

That was really helpful for my shoulder tension. I do have an office job, but the "real" issue is that I sometimes wake up with very tense shoulders.

What an awesome practice Bro Andrew….I was travelling to China 🇨🇳 for the past two weeks & wasn’t able to practice with you but now I am back & so much catching up to do with all your practices that I missed in the past two weeks. I must admit the shoulders & neck tend to get really tight after a long haul flight ✈️ …this practice certainly helped in releasing the tension. Thank you so much for always being there & sharing your practices 👌🏻🙏🏻😇

Fabulous brother thank you. From scattery in all layers of my being and burly looking shoulders to gentle and not hyper tense/ more in the physical grounded . Thank you. If you get to it you should do a pelvic tension one I’d like to do this practice will the lower body tension release of some sort and feel ready to rock and roll lol take care bro namaste
