Thank you for sharing such a detailed and disciplined journey! Your progress is absolutely commendable 🎉. Regarding your question about the gradual rise in fasting blood sugar (FBS) levels, despite maintaining a consistent routine, it’s important to note that there can be multiple factors at play, such as hormonal changes, liver glucose production during fasting, or even subtle changes in stress levels. Your dramatic improvements in weight, HBA1C, blood pressure, and HDL levels are phenomenal and suggest your routine is working very well overall. We recommend discussing your FBS trends further with your healthcare provider to better understand potential causes. Are there any other specific areas you'd like us to address in our upcoming videos? 💡

@DiabetesF Thank you for your encouraging response! It truly inspires me and gives me a sense of accomplishment and confidence. Yes, the topic "Transition Period from Prediabetes and Diabetes to Normal Health Levels and the Complications Associated with It" would be an excellent choice for discussion. Here are some specific angles to consider: 1. **Understanding the Transition**: What does it mean to move from prediabetes or diabetes to normal health levels? 2. **Lifestyle Changes**: Key lifestyle modifications that can facilitate this transition, such as diet, exercise, and weight management. 3. **Monitoring Progress**: How to track improvements in blood sugar levels and overall health during the transition. 4. **Potential Complications**: Discussing the risks and complications that can arise during the transition period, including cardiovascular risks and metabolic syndrome. 5. **Psychological Aspects**: Addressing the mental and emotional challenges faced during this transition. 6. **Success Stories**: Sharing case studies or testimonials from individuals who have successfully made this transition. 7. **Support Systems**: The importance of healthcare professionals, family, and community support in achieving and maintaining normal health levels. This topic would provide valuable insights and guidance for those navigating the journey from prediabetes or diabetes to better health. Thank you Sir!

Before applying the habits shared in the video, my blood sugar levels consistently ranged between 180-200 mg/dL, and my weight was 85 kg despite my efforts to control my diet. After three weeks of diligently practicing these 10-minute daily habits, my blood sugar levels significantly dropped to 110-120 mg/dL, and I naturally lost 3 kg. Additionally, I feel more energized, and my sleep has improved remarkably.
