Read my reply above. Cheese is good for diabetics. Avoid immature cheese with high lactose ,(ie dairy sugar), like cottage cheese, cream cheese, ricotta. ALL mature and hard cheeses have NO Lactose and are good. Best bet is to live a kito lifestyle.
