Yep my go to smoothie, blueberries, cucumber, apple, celery, bitter melon, green food powder, freshly ground flax seed, (pre ground flax starts to oxidize fast), protein powder of choice, pumpkin seed powder protein, flavorless whey, two tablespoons Apple cider vinegar.

@@DiabetesF Most welcome. I left out add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, and 1tsp Ceylon cinnamon before drinking. Usually once a day. And remember to chew every mouth full to work up salvia. Mistake most smoothie drinkers make is gulping without the 'chewing'. Over the course of two years combined with Mediterranean way of eating, regular exercise, reversed type 2, high cholesterol to normal A1C. For now anyway. Last blood test was April 2024.

I usually have cinnamon tea, add 2 tbs of acv, a 1/2 lemmon, 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper and turmeric, a small nub of ginger, a tooth garlic, Himalayan salt and 2 tbs of olive oil. You anc also add a lil bit of honey to taste.
